I utilize this dealer for all of my vehicle needs. My 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE I have serviced at this GMC dealer. My businesses have also purchased $140k with of GMC trucks and have never been more please, satisfied and felt appreciated. I pass the word on my experiences everywhere I go. If I ever change up hot rods for like the cadillac CTSV or the new ZO6 Corvette mid-engine when it comes out, I’ll repurchasing it through this dealer. Clay Lyon, Mike Magerus. Mike Matthews, and Steve Pace are the best!!! Oh Brian and Nathan in service are top notch as well!!!

The Kia service centers of the greater SLC area are horrible. I have dealt with numerous ones with similar issues and never with resolve. They come back with inept answers of “ we can’t diagnose the problem with out first replicating it , well isn’t what “ diagnostics “ stands for ? I mean what horrible service on their cars .
I will never by a Kia brand car again ! EVER !

Clueless Service Department - JJ747
Took my vehicle there to get a coolant leak fixed under warranty. They initially tried to claim it was an engine oil (the puddle beneath my vehicle was GREEN liquid). I had to take photos of the green liquid and open a case with Kia headquarters to get them to fix the leak. It took a total of three trips to the dealership and they only found the leak after i told them to add tracer dye to the cooling system. I still remember the "Service Manager" bragging about how many years of experience they had.
Bought some oil filters from their parts department before doing the first oil change. They sold me the wrong filters. When i called to ask if they had the right ones in stock the parts manager said "Why so you can buy them somewhere else?". I had to explain to him that his ace parts department had sold me the wrong filters and i was going to have to make another 60 mile round trip to get the right ones.

I am impressed by the tenacity they went after the supplier for a part that needed to be replaced under warranty (a different place initially did the repair and didn't do it correctly). They are awesome!

Ridiculous Service Center - Candiceb
I had my clutch replaced there and 6 months later it was damaged from the flywheel. They claim there was nothing wrong with it but obviously there was! (The mechanic that did it remembers my car specifically! I call bs not from 2 years ago he doesn't!) There is nothing they will do about it and in fact the supervisor Chris Milligan avoided me for over a week when I was trying to get a hold of him to figure this out! Donald Alvary told me it was covered under warranty then Chris tells me it's not? I don't just have over a grand to just throw at this money hungry company again! I will never give you my service again! Nor will I recommend the Young Kia service center to anyone! This is the worst and most disrespectful service center!
