Abbie was amazing and very helpful over then phone. Then I got there, I hate buying new cars because dealerships can be so pushy and judgmental. NOT AT MACMAHON! Just supper friendly and easy to work with. Brian and John were great. I highly recommend McMahon!
Comfortable no BS transaction - always late model used
I found a vehicle online that met my requirements and made the trip to St. Albans to see it. The advertised price seemed high to the market but when I saw the vehicle it was apparent this was a superior vehicle. Pete was friendly and made it work. When the vehicle was delivered it was immaculate, kudos to the detail people, they mad a five year old vehicle look like it was at a show.
Buyer experience with salesman Armel - Armel
My salesman , for the Buick I purchased, was Armel. I knew my required features and price I was willing to pay. Armel made it happen, he didn’t pressure me and got me exactly what I was shopping for. He took his time going over how the features and functions of the car worked. He drove the car for me while I was a passenger so I could get a different perspective on how the car handled. I was able to check out the control panel of the car and ask questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Armel and no once did he try and upgrade me or get pushy like some car sales people get. I love the car that I got and would do business with Armel again! I have rated Armel 5 stars for his outstanding salesmanship. He listened to his customer and delivered what his customer wanted. I ranked Friendliness of dealer separate from Armel. I found Management was talking down to their employees which is never appropriate, especially on a sales floor.

DOC Fee excessive, low ball trade price - Grnmtman
Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it.
They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more,they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10.
I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off.
The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control,etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up.
Fooled me once, you will never fool me again.
Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.

My F350 broke down up in Springfield, and the person driving it took it to the nearest place that seemed like it could handle a truck that size. They installed new brake calipers on the rear tires backward, causing it to turn into a smoking mess a few hundred miles later. Took it to the place I trust closer to my home, and my $1700 repair from Springfield GMC Buick ended up costing me another $1250 in parts and labor to re-repair.

3 failed appointments for a simple repair. - Jiseph King
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.
