Simply great - mazzella
I cannot say enough about the workings of this dealership. It was a smooth experience from the moment that my wife and I walked onto the showroom floor to the end with the keys in hand. Everyone was terrific and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. This was my first ever GMC and working with this dealership and I will gladly do it again when the time comes.
Buyer experience with salesman Armel - Armel
My salesman , for the Buick I purchased, was Armel. I knew my required features and price I was willing to pay. Armel made it happen, he didn’t pressure me and got me exactly what I was shopping for. He took his time going over how the features and functions of the car worked. He drove the car for me while I was a passenger so I could get a different perspective on how the car handled. I was able to check out the control panel of the car and ask questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Armel and no once did he try and upgrade me or get pushy like some car sales people get. I love the car that I got and would do business with Armel again! I have rated Armel 5 stars for his outstanding salesmanship. He listened to his customer and delivered what his customer wanted. I ranked Friendliness of dealer separate from Armel. I found Management was talking down to their employees which is never appropriate, especially on a sales floor.
No pressure and received what I was looking for! - Loving my car
Doug really listened to me and delivered on what I was looking for!! He didn't pressure me or try to show me anything other than what I was looking for. I really really used to hate car shopping but now I don't have to dread the experience any longer. I know where I will go next time I need another car!!!
exceptional service - happy customer
The service department and sales people are topnotch. I would recommend them to everyone. So helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy

DOC Fee excessive, low ball trade price - Grnmtman
Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it.
They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more, they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10.
I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off.
The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control, etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up.
Fooled me once, you will never fool me again.
Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.
Absolutely terrible - Laurenpage2398
Deliver a car for them they didn’t help unload and had the audacity to show it while we were unloading never even offered to help. Then tried to give us the 80,000 dollar truck we just bought from them completely covered in mud, looked like they had ran it through a mud pit. When we asked them to wash it they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and made us wait over two hours while they “washed it.” All they did was spray off the tires but we had already waited two hours so we were ready to leave. Then never offered to help us reload the truck after we brought them the car they wanted, didn’t even offer. Not only did the sales manager never apologize but he said I’ll be back in a minute and never returned. Terrible dealership would not reccomend to my worst enemy.
Buying out a lease shouldn’t take more than an hour... - Nomorechevy
My husband and I had leased a car from Shearer and decided at the end of the lease to buy it out. We made an appointment and showed up a little early. We were greeted and told the guy we needed to see was “out on a delivery”and wouldn’t be back for an hour, then seated at a small table. We waited...and waited, check in hand. Salespeople and account people were milling around at the counter, talking and waiting for customers. Finally the guy who greeted us came by and said the other guy would be with us “very very shortly”. About 30 minutes later, he finally showed up. We signed four papers and handed over the check, which took all of five minutes. This is not the way to run a business—there should be more than one closer. We will never lease or buy another car from this dealership. I haven’t felt this disrespected in years.
3 failed appointments for a simple repair. - Jiseph King
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.
