Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!! The service department is definitely customer first focused. Our Ford vehicles have certainly had their share of complications. However, the team at Battlefield Ford does everything within the means to make the customer first. If I were to nitpick, I'd share better follow-up contact (email or phone) would be more helpful. We're actually considering getting a new vehicle at this dealership soon (if the numbers work out).
