Beware! Crooks. Stole from a single mom with two kids. Do not go there. Beware they just keep changing the name! Bought a car for 9k brought it to the dealer to get looked over because the dash lit up like a Christmas tree after 1 day. It needs over 11k in work to be roadworthy. Tires, upper and lower control arms,rear control arms, tires, timing chain, water pump, gaskets oil sensor and some other stuff I’m forgetting. It’s a mechanical basket case. It’s essentially mechanically totaled. The question is not “if they will rob you” but for how much. 1447 S military highway Chesapeake VA 23325 is the address. Don’t be fooled by the new name

We were looking for a truck. We looked online first and liked a few. Drove down, they didn't have the truck that we seen online but they had others. We looked at a few. Test drove it. Talked about numbers and left an hour later. We also traded a car in to them. It was a very nice experience overall.

THIS IS A WARNING!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER`S NAME IS MUSA AND HE`S A FRAUD. HIM AND THE FINANCE COMPANIES ARE FRAUDS. FINANCE COMPANIES KNOWS THAT HE SELLS xxxx CARS BUT OFFERS TO LEASE IT ANYWAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM NO MATTER WHAT. HE PREYS ON PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS. I never done this before but what this dealership done to is ridiculous, pathetic etc. The owner`s name is Musa Nazary. He`ll come off as nice guy at first but an asshloe at heart. He based his business on purchasing bad cars at auction that looks good on the outside but bad on the inside(Literally). I bought a car from him in April via a financed company. The had some detectable minor defects and the deal was he would fixed them if I bought the car. I did not trust his word so I made him signed that he`ll fixed the issues but he did not. In fact, he made it worst. His mechanics are the worst. So I bought a car from him in the mid of April of 2016 and in the first week of June the car totalled. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that the car had a huge hole in the engine. My car was making a weird noise after he claimed his mechanics fixed it (which they didnt) Everytime I tried to get hold of him, he never respond. After I bought a 2006 Mazda 6 from him, the following week I took it to his mechanics to fixed the problem they made it worst. As soon as I left his lot the car kept making a weird noise. I called his assistant(useless girl) and report the issue to her and it seems like she knew that the car a bad from the beginning. I told her I was going back the next week to fix the noise and the other issues he promised to fixed. The next week I went there, he fired the mechanic that fixed my car telling me that he has an attitude problem and never on time and not good at his job etc. This was the first time I started to hard trust issues with him. He told me to come back the following week. I went there and he said he hired the guy he fired because he cant find another person to replace him. This was shocking to me so I told him that I`ll wait for the other mechanic to work on my car instead of that guy. The other mechanic told me that the nosie occured because the guy he fired and re-hired did not placed the parts he took out of my engine, when I asked him if its a big issue that needs to be taken care off, he assured me that its no big deal and I can take the care back nextweek because he`s booked for that day. The following I`m supposed to take the car to him it shut down on me on the interstate.

I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and found the perfect car through USAA at Koons Outlet in Virginia on Friday during my lunch break. Asked for info and Kori immediately got me all the info and then some. Flew to Virginia Saturday, walked into dealership at 5pm and walked out with everything done by 6:30PM. They replaced a tire at no cost and Joe was great with getting the paperwork done fast. Transparent pricing, professional staff and went the extra mile to quickly solve the few small issues that happened. Now I just have to drive my new car 12 hours home!

Bought a vehicle from this place last year and it was the worst mistake. The car has had nothing but trouble and never got any resolution. At first they tried to “fix” the problem which only included holding the vehicle for two months and have no work completed. I have been dealing with nonstop issues and paying for repairs since the purchase. Recently was told it appears the vehicle might have even been submerged in water at some point. As a mother who bought this vehicle, I’m disgusted. I was lied to, scammed and disrespected on all levels by this place.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! They offered a Ford Truck F-350 on car guru for $23515 on 03/8/18, next day was $26915, I talked to a sales rep on Friday 3/9/18 and told her I want it to make offer of $22000 for the vehicle based on the first price ($23515), sales lady even got me her cell number and we text back and forth the whole afternoon, she mentioned my offer to owner and I was told he will take it so I made an appointment for yesterday 03/10/18 and drove two hours away to get truck. Once at the dealer I deal with her and another sales rep Erick who had more experience, I told them I was willing to put $7000 down payment if the price was in fact $22000, I ask for warranty policy too and was told several times that price was negotiable and we will deal with warranty, and car minor details later on because the most important thing was get approved for credit. Max the manager told us he will do anything to make it work, that he used around 50 banks for car loans, after a long time waiting finally Max came back with a result saying we were approved for the truck but the bank charge him $2000 to loan the money (xxx), meaning the final price for the truck was $26915 plus $2000 bank fee plus taxes and other fess equal over $30k PLUS interest. I was frustrated and told him about the price on car guru a couple of day ago for $23515 which he replied it was not possible and probably a mistake on their side. How can that be a mistake when I called the dealer and text back with the rep who told me the owner was willing to take my offer. I just checked the truck on car guru today and now the dealer removed the price. Also be aware that when you tried to go into their website you get a page that reads Server Error in/application, so there is no way contact dealer or look at inventory that way unless you call them. I think they are used to dealing with people with bad credit problems and that's why maybe some of them don't realized a dealer should not charge a $2000 fee just to allow you to borrow money from a bank, That's why you paid interest. I did read a lot of bad reviews and now I totally understand the reason. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, go somewhere else where they can honor an offer and will not try taking advantage of you!!

As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by some very friendly sales associates. I chose a car that was a little out of my price range and they helped me get financed at an extremely low rate so I could afford payments. The car was 3000 less than kbb value..a phenomenal deal. We heard a little sound from one of the tires and brought it back the next day so they replaced all four and gave me an alignment free of charge. They were amazing in all aspects and I would definitely go back.

Purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz c-240 from Select Imports in 2530 Airline Blvd. Portsmouth 23701. Which I will never, never go back there or deal with Sharon and Sheryl Coutinho. The call broke down after a week of driving it. When I called the dealer they acted like they didn't know me. Sharon, told me to take it to a mechanic and us my warranty. When I did and the warranty didn't cover the item, she told me to pay for it and send her the receipt and the company would reimburse me. That was a lie! Sharon then told me that I should have took the car back to Select and since I didn't do that they were not going to give me my money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD CARS!

I was initially skeptical of Carmax, but you've got to know what you're looking for and do your research on price. I had found the car I was looking for (2014 GLI) that had all the right options and was priced pretty competitively. Donna was my salesperson and she was super friendly and made the car buying and trading-in process really easy and painless. Usually I would only write a review if a dealership sucked, but I've been pretty impressed with Carmax in Dulles and Potomac Mills. Donna in Dulles is the best. I'll recommend her to my friends all day, every day.

Our experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Before I divulge I want to note that I have read past negative reviews and am aware that the dealership will likely respond with excuses and try to put the blame on the customer. Don’t assume this dealership will sell regularly serviced vehicles, or even service it before you receive it, even they assure you that it is. Get proof. Insist on seeing service records prior to purchasing. Insist on seeing the full paper trail of titles also, or you will run into issues at the DMV. This dealership tries to use a ‘good cop/bad cop’ approach with their sales reps/manager which is beyond unprofessional. Employees made promises, but then the manager stepped in and tried to blame us for misuse more than once or insisted that promises made by an employee were baseless, implying that we were lying. We were led to believe that the vehicle we purchased had been properly serviced and would be safe for us. Within a couple weeks, returning to the dealer, as the alternator needed replaced. When buying the vehicle, it would not start originally, and they told us they threw a new battery in and it would be fine. They replaced the alternator and we discovered the vehicle had been sold to us without a spare and we were given one out of a different Honda on their lot. Just a week later check engine light came on and the car seemed to be misfiring, going into “limp mode”. The dealership was contacted immediately the next day, and we were told to drive the vehicle to them. Despite driving the car carefully, as one would with a 10+ year-old vehicle, the dealership blamed us for misuse, and diagnosed a blown head gasket, stating we would need a new engine. The owner blamed me for "overheating the vehicle" and implied that I didn't know enough about vehicles because I am a woman. A nearby mechanic, authorized to perform work under the warranty, did an overall check of the vehicle for a $200 fee. They found the oil had been overfilled They drained excess oil and there were no further problems with the vehicle after a lengthy drive, however they did note that numerous maintenance services needed addressed that had NOT been done as the dealership had promised prior to sale, including multiple fluid changes/flushes. The dealership wanted to see for themselves if really needed to be done. They took the vehicle back into their possession and decided to loan us a replacement vehicle to use, as we needed a vehicle to drive back to our home 90 minutes away. Again, we made the assumption that this loaner vehicle was roadworthy and safe.. Keep in mind, this loaner vehicle is listed for sale on their site. While driving the loaner car blew a rear tire. We noticed that this tire, and the opposite tire, had been wearing unevenly, and that both rear wheels seemed to be cambered in to cause that uneven wear. We were nearly 90 minutes from the dealership, so there was no way for us to expect them to come get their car. To our shock, when we went change tire, there was no spare When we contacted the dealership with our situation of being stranded with their undriveable car, (Rod) told us to get a tow truck to get the vehicle back to them, promising they would be there to receive it and cover the cost. The tow arrived with the vehicle at night, where he wasnot met by Rod. Rod told the tow truck driver he would be there, however no one was there, nor did anyone answer the phone so he returned to his tow yard with vehicle. The following day my husband spoke with Ameen who insisted that they did NOT authorize this tow, and were insisting that we pay the $2200 tow bill, and threatening to not return our Honda to us until we paid AND somehow got their undriveable vehicle back to them! They knew they had him between a rock and a hard place, as we had no transportation with two children and infant. with no help from them we had to arrange getting the vehicle back to them, paying for

I had the worst experience every with dese people I brought a 1996 Lexus drove it home got up the next day drove it out the car was overheating so I call them they said it wasn't doing it yea rit I paid cash for dis car and cnt even drive it took it to the shop only to find out it need head gasket maybe a engine. The car is a piece of junk and so is the dealer they sale car as is so now I got a car that I can't drive & I'm stuck with it. Please stay away from these people.
