My vehicle is at Brooklyn Auto Services 112 S. - mthorne

My vehicle is at Brooklyn Auto Services 112 S. 9th St Allentown PA for a covered repair. The warranty provider Wynn's Premiere is engaging in predatory tactics by demanding an expensive teardown despite my full maintenance records. I am notifying you as the dealer who sold me this VSC. Lexus LS 460 2010 Vin JTHCL5EF9A5005490 reach out to them and let's resolve this quietly.

I found my dream truck at Titans Motors Inc. - Denise D

I found my dream truck at Titans Motors Inc. I came all the way from Dallas to get this truck, and it was worth every mile! Enayt was incredible to work with. He made the entire car-buying process so simple. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend Titans Motors if you're looking for a great used car. They have an incredible inventory, and everyone treats you like family. You definitely want to check them out if you're looking for your next car. - Denise D.

I made appointment for an inspection sticker. - fish204

I made appointment for an inspection sticker. In the past, wait times have been excessive. Working with service rep, Krystal Carr, was seamless and excellent. She stayed on top of progress with the job and informed me as soon as the service was complete. I felt like an important customer. Thank you, Krystal!

What I have to say have already been said in previous... - kevinubsanders

What I have to say have already been said in previous reviews. Liars, they have ppl call you, tell you you're approved for $20,000+, get you there and come up with something else. Sad things is Chris gave me the feeling that he already knew what was going on. People been complaining about the same thing with this dealership. How much more proof is needed to see there's some shady stuff going on? What's even sadder, there is at lease one review where a guy experienced the exact same thing as I have. The only thing different is the approval amount and what he had to pay. These ppl are liars and should be closed.

Beware! - Single mother taken advantage of!

Beware! Crooks. Stole from a single mom with two kids. Do not go there. Beware they just keep changing the name! Bought a car for 9k brought it to the dealer to get looked over because the dash lit up like a Christmas tree after 1 day. It needs over 11k in work to be roadworthy. Tires, upper and lower control arms, rear control arms, tires, timing chain, water pump, gaskets oil sensor and some other stuff I’m forgetting. It’s a mechanical basket case. It’s essentially mechanically totaled. The question is not “if they will rob you” but for how much. 1447 S military highway Chesapeake VA 23325 is the address. Don’t be fooled by the new name

They did a great job , no complaints, just keep it up - berthamarc2974

Cheapskates and slimeballs. They might treat you decent if they know you have money but they treat you like dirt if they think they are above you

I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and found the perfect car... - Capt H

I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and found the perfect car through USAA at Koons Outlet in Virginia on Friday during my lunch break. Asked for info and Kori immediately got me all the info and then some. Flew to Virginia Saturday, walked into dealership at 5pm and walked out with everything done by 6:30PM. They replaced a tire at no cost and Joe was great with getting the paperwork done fast. Transparent pricing, professional staff and went the extra mile to quickly solve the few small issues that happened. Now I just have to drive my new car 12 hours home!

Although not the primary business, he has the skill, knowledge, latest technical tools to address most issues. Level of service is of exceptional using quality parts installed as if it was his own vehicle. Never any shortcuts or quick fixes. Repairs are done for the long haul.

Our experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. - atribute1

Our experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Before I divulge I want to note that I have read past negative reviews and am aware that the dealership will likely respond with excuses and try to put the blame on the customer. Don’t assume this dealership will sell regularly serviced vehicles, or even service it before you receive it, even they assure you that it is. Get proof. Insist on seeing service records prior to purchasing. Insist on seeing the full paper trail of titles also, or you will run into issues at the DMV. This dealership tries to use a ‘good cop/bad cop’ approach with their sales reps/manager which is beyond unprofessional. Employees made promises, but then the manager stepped in and tried to blame us for misuse more than once or insisted that promises made by an employee were baseless, implying that we were lying. We were led to believe that the vehicle we purchased had been properly serviced and would be safe for us. Within a couple weeks, returning to the dealer, as the alternator needed replaced. When buying the vehicle, it would not start originally, and they told us they threw a new battery in and it would be fine. They replaced the alternator and we discovered the vehicle had been sold to us without a spare and we were given one out of a different Honda on their lot. Just a week later check engine light came on and the car seemed to be misfiring, going into “limp mode”. The dealership was contacted immediately the next day, and we were told to drive the vehicle to them. Despite driving the car carefully, as one would with a 10+ year-old vehicle, the dealership blamed us for misuse, and diagnosed a blown head gasket, stating we would need a new engine. The owner blamed me for "overheating the vehicle" and implied that I didn't know enough about vehicles because I am a woman. A nearby mechanic, authorized to perform work under the warranty, did an overall check of the vehicle for a $200 fee. They found the oil had been overfilled They drained excess oil and there were no further problems with the vehicle after a lengthy drive, however they did note that numerous maintenance services needed addressed that had NOT been done as the dealership had promised prior to sale, including multiple fluid changes/flushes. The dealership wanted to see for themselves if really needed to be done. They took the vehicle back into their possession and decided to loan us a replacement vehicle to use, as we needed a vehicle to drive back to our home 90 minutes away. Again, we made the assumption that this loaner vehicle was roadworthy and safe.. Keep in mind, this loaner vehicle is listed for sale on their site. While driving the loaner car blew a rear tire. We noticed that this tire, and the opposite tire, had been wearing unevenly, and that both rear wheels seemed to be cambered in to cause that uneven wear. We were nearly 90 minutes from the dealership, so there was no way for us to expect them to come get their car. To our shock, when we went change tire, there was no spare When we contacted the dealership with our situation of being stranded with their undriveable car, (Rod) told us to get a tow truck to get the vehicle back to them, promising they would be there to receive it and cover the cost. The tow arrived with the vehicle at night, where he wasnot met by Rod. Rod told the tow truck driver he would be there, however no one was there, nor did anyone answer the phone so he returned to his tow yard with vehicle. The following day my husband spoke with Ameen who insisted that they did NOT authorize this tow, and were insisting that we pay the $2200 tow bill, and threatening to not return our Honda to us until we paid AND somehow got their undriveable vehicle back to them! They knew they had him between a rock and a hard place, as we had no transportation with two children and infant. with no help from them we had to arrange getting the vehicle back to them, paying for

My wife & I purchased a 2009 Smart fortwo from this - easy55

My wife & I purchased a 2009 Smart fortwo from this business & the whole experience was "first class"! We live 120 miles away & seen the car on line when we conducted a search for a Smart car. We weren't sure about buying a car so far away but the owner was so nice on the phone we took a chance & drove there. The car looked like it was brand new & drove like a dream! Everything worked as it should & the whole experience was great! We recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car! Thank you so much for making us so happy!

Koons is amazing! - Kimthomas874

Koons is amazing!!! Just started a new purchase with them. Glenn was amazing to work with he kept in contact and was able to have everything ready before I was able to come in and finish my paperwork and insurance.. Keep up the great work!!

The staff was very helpful, especially Roger. - dave

The staff was very helpful, especially Roger. The place was clean and the car was clean and well taken care of. I took the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before buying it and he couldn't find anything major wrong with it, even saying it would last 15 more years. The few minor things found were meticulously taken care of by the team and repaired instantly. This was an amazing experience and I'd 100% recommend it to any of my friends or family!

The salesman that contacted me was very short with me on - disgusted

The salesman that contacted me was very short with me on the phone, if he was busy he could've called when he wasn't. I have been to the lot before and they are very rude and the cars are really not all they say they are. I was giving them another chance. I told him I was gonna come in to do a test drive but I ultimately didn't go because on the cars.com app you can put in a lower down payment and it tells you the monthly payment. The car I was looking at was 3995, they want at least $1000 down, why? If people had it like that they would go somewhere with better cars. And this was on a 15 year old car!! Do not waste your time dealing with this dealership honestly. It's not worth it.

I bought a 2004 Mercury station wagon sight unseen - itsthesmithfamily

I bought a 2004 Mercury station wagon sight unseen (except for the online information) and from talking to Cam in Virginia Fine Cars. All the information given online about the car was very accurate. Dealer salesman Sam met me and was very professional, helpful and efficient in making the sale. When I discovered there was no spare tire and contacted Sam, he was willing to pay for the wheel (not in the original contract). The car as detailed and presented is a very good buy and the sales process was very expedient and professional. I recommend buying a car from Virginia Fine Cars.

I went to AA Motors because the price looked great and the reviews I saw were higher than others, and I can say for sure that what other wrote was the exact kind of experience I had. Andy was helpful, explained everything I needed to know, and I drove away with a car I was excited to drive. If you can, buy a car here!
