Zero stars...They sold us a broken vehicle that we overpaid for to begin with and now refuse to fix it even though the condition was pre-existing as their mechanics simply shut off the check engine light. Do not buy a car from here as the risk of buying a lemon is extremely HIGH and their crooked unethical behavior will leave you out to dry. Seeing as though this will not allow me to comment on your post full of lies trying to deceive the public I will extend my explanation. We have an estimate from a nationally recognized Meineke only 6 days after our purchase on the 19th that shows $4,700 in pre-existing damages. You did not offer a Cancelation warranty which in compliance of NJ state law you are violating and will be sought after by the law in civil court to correct this injustice. Simple matter of the facts are that we spent $6k on a car that your salesman George displayed to use as having no underlying issues. Facts of the matter are that your vehicle had pre-existing faults that were your and still are your responsibility to fix under merchantability and fitness warranties that accordingly to NJ state law you ARE required to uphold by and are currently conducting illegal business practice. You sell lemons and upon further investigation I have found many many other negative reviews with the same situation as mine. I won’t stand for bad businesses like yourself to continue illegal profitability.

This company uses deceptive sales practices, and they have no moral compass. I will no longer trust Google Reviews or CarGurus Reviews; CarGurus is where I found this company and they have high ratings on both services. They also stated that 60 percent of their business came from online sales. This does not reflect the quality of service they provide. I’m one person, A disabled Military Veteran and If this is how they treat me, this is how they will treat you. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your used car dealership. After purchasing a vehicle from your company, I encountered several issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale, including mechanical problems and unexpected immediate maintenance needs. Despite reaching out for assistance, I did not receive proper support with these concerns. I urge your company to address these matters promptly and to improve transparency and customer service for future clients. Started talking to Adam from EZ Auto Sales Corp. Stafford VA 22554 on 12/3/2025. I was informed that the vehicle is in good shape for its age and is a one-owner vehicle that they bought from the original owner. They sent pictures and a couple of videos and CARFAX. Everything appeared to be good and answered all questions with all the right answers. The date of online purchase and delivery was 12/09/2025.Transportation services delivered the vehicle, and it took approximately 5 hours from door to door. The driver had to roll vehicle off the trailer due to dead batteries. Batteries were tested and are badly damaged and need replacement. We jumped the vehicle; Now there is a coolant leak at the radiator and the back of the engine. I also notice a whine coming from under the hood of the vehicle with the vehicle off and key removed. I discovered that the turbo VGT actuator is staying on and engaged. Started texting Adam. I had a brief voice call with him, and he stated he was going to contact his manager and call back. This never happened. Adam called 7:45am the next morning. The vehicle has major-under carriage rust and minor interior damage. So much rust that the passenger side front spring perch cold rivets have been replaced with bolts. Fuel tank straps are so rusted that I’m afraid the fuel tank will fall out so they will need to be replaced. This rust must be treated. The vehicle was never detailed and spraying entire interior with armor-all without even wiping is not detailing and whatever oily substance that was sprayed on the exterior is not a wash or wax. The vehicle has a current inspection sticker from 8/25, they never inspected the vehicle as stated.10 AM on 12/10; I wanted a full refund! The truck could have easily gone back with the transporter. They stated NO you purchased AS-IS! OK but you did not disclose any problems and stated the vehicle was good to go and all these problems were at the time of delivery. The manager Mehdi Yassawy did not even care about the issues and countered with a 13.4% refund to make the repairs. I countered with a 31% Refund. He stated, NO, I can’t do it because you purchased below market value. Settled with a 16.7% Refund. EZ Auto Sales Corp. Stafford VA 22554 make’s you sign a release of liability before they issue the refund. No sign, No Refund (Coercion Tactic). What is market value because you can’t compare this to anything in the market. I took vehicle on a 20-mile test drive and the front brakes locked up both sides What’s next??? Cost of repair parts: Radiator $690, VGT Turbocharger Actuator $700, 2 Batteries $620.00, Front Brakes $770.00 (Calipers, Rotors, and Pads), Fuel tank straps $150.00, DPF Filter $2800.00. Parts total $5730.00 with no labor which is more than the refund amount. And to top it all off they charge a $2000.00 dollar processing fee and don't even title it. You Have to!

I purchased a Honda Element just 3 weeks ago. When I drove it, I noticed a chip in the windshield so I pointed it out to Clay, the salesman who was nice at the time and said he would have it taken care of and fixed for me. My dad and I made sure of this before I purchased it. Clay got in touch with me and made an appt to have it fixed. I drove 2 hours to come back to town to have it fixed for him to have it for almost 5 hours which I then called to check about it,which he then tells me that the polyurethane couldn't get inside of the hole and that the only other option would be to replace it and he said but he couldn't do that. My dad got on the phone with him and told him he had said he would have it fixed whether it be fixing it or having it replaced and Clay just said he couldn't do anything about it. We told him I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and he was a smarty and says ok. Basically I feel like he got his sale so what else does he have to do after lying to my face. I am NOT happy about this.

What I have to say have already been said in previous reviews. Liars, they have ppl call you, tell you you're approved for $20,000+, get you there and come up with something else. Sad things is Chris gave me the feeling that he already knew what was going on. People been complaining about the same thing with this dealership. How much more proof is needed to see there's some shady stuff going on? What's even sadder, there is at lease one review where a guy experienced the exact same thing as I have. The only thing different is the approval amount and what he had to pay. These ppl are liars and should be closed.

Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star

I went to Auto Liberty on the coldest day after new year. I was greeted by Sammy . He took me right to the 3 car choices. I decided to buy one of them. He was very patient with my questions and he was very knowledgeable of these vehicles. I bought a 2010 Honda Accord. It is a fun car to drive/ nice size for parking and great for mileage. It took a little longer than I expected to process the loan approval, then all the paperwork before I was done and could drive home. Finance Manager and everyone at the dealership were very nice! I could not be any happier with their service and I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Liberty and Sammy to anyone looking to buy a good car.

Beware! Crooks. Stole from a single mom with two kids. Do not go there. Beware they just keep changing the name! Bought a car for 9k brought it to the dealer to get looked over because the dash lit up like a Christmas tree after 1 day. It needs over 11k in work to be roadworthy. Tires, upper and lower control arms,rear control arms, tires, timing chain, water pump, gaskets oil sensor and some other stuff I’m forgetting. It’s a mechanical basket case. THIS IS A WARNING!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER`S NAME IS MUSA AND HE`S A FRAUD. HIM AND THE FINANCE COMPANIES ARE FRAUDS. FINANCE COMPANIES KNOWS THAT HE SELLS xxxx CARS BUT OFFERS TO LEASE IT ANYWAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM NO MATTER WHAT. HE PREYS ON PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS. I never done this before but what this dealership done to is ridiculous, pathetic etc. The owner`s name is Musa Nazary. He`ll come off as nice guy at first but an asshloe at heart. He based his business on purchasing bad cars at auction that looks good on the outside but bad on the inside(Literally). I bought a car from him in April via a financed company. The had some detectable minor defects and the deal was he would fixed them if I bought the car. I did not trust his word so I made him signed that he`ll fixed the issues but he did not. In fact, he made it worst. His mechanics are the worst. So I bought a car from him in the mid of April of 2016 and in the first week of June the car totalled. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that the car had a huge hole in the engine. My car was making a weird noise after he claimed his mechanics fixed it (which they didnt) Everytime I tried to get hold of him, he never respond. After I bought a 2006 Mazda 6 from him, the following week I took it to his mechanics to fixed the problem they made it worst. As soon as I left his lot the car kept making a weird noise. I called his assistant(useless girl) and report the issue to her and it seems like she knew that the car a bad from the beginning. I told her I was going back the next week to fix the noise and the other issues he promised to fixed. The next week I went there, he fired the mechanic that fixed my car telling me that he has an attitude problem and never on time and not good at his job etc. This was the first time I started to hard trust issues with him. He told me to come back the following week. I went there and he said he hired the guy he fired because he cant find another person to replace him. This was shocking to me so I told him that I`ll wait for the other mechanic to work on my car instead of that guy. The other mechanic told me that the nosie occured because the guy he fired and re-hired did not placed the parts he took out of my engine, when I asked him if its a big issue that needs to be taken care off, he assured me that its no big deal and I can take the care back nextweek because he`s booked for that day. The following I`m supposed to take the car to him it shut down on me on the interstate.
