We purchased a used car and in one day we had a problem. I came in and spoke with Rich he said don’t worry we will make it right one way or another. They towed it in evaluated the issues and gave me the option of a refund or trade for another vehicle. I was skeptical but the promise was kept. We found another car that better suited my daughter. This is her first car and she works two jobs and recently graduated high school. The car was nice and in our price point. It had some stains on the seats and headliner. They had it professionally cleaned and the inside looks so good. We are very well satisfied and this buying experience was one of the best in my life. Thanks to Rich and Jimmy for making sure of our satisfaction

Advertised price for "oil change" does not include the OIL.... was overcharged. Service tech would only say, the prices went up on Jan 1st, today is Jan 31st, I signed up today, through THEIR system, and was over charged. I will not be returning for service since one can NOT trust them to appropriately charge for a simple oil change and tire rotation without "hiding fees via PARTS" to almost double the quoted price. Very disappointed!!! Additionally, I was NOT asked permission to change oil filter nor "upgrade" oil type. I have a feeling this will be the stance they take in order to justify taking advantage of me.

Our salesman was very eager to repair and even offer a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired. I would recommend my salesman and this business to friends and family. My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We saw a very attractive car here with low mileage, talked it over for about a week, then called the dealership to ask if we could come in for a test drive. When we arrived, the salesperson we had been dealing with was plenty courteous, but his manager came out and said something along the lines of "Let me make this simple for you: No."
We're a young couple who showed up in T-shirts and jeans, and it became clear from the conversation that he had taken one look at us and decided we weren't serious buyers. I told him we were here to buy, and after several doubtful prodding questions about how we planned to pay for the car (cash from savings), he told us we couldn't test drive it if we weren't going to buy it on the spot because they didn't want to put any miles on the car.
He didn't talk to us, he didn't try to feel us out, and he offered no alternative solutions (like just sitting in the car for example). He didn't even try to direct us to any other cars, just told us no and then tried to explain away why.
All in all this was probably the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life.

I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER. Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. They are 2 wonderful people and it was so nice meeting them.... Needless to say, I have found my dealership for life. Thanks guys!!!!
Dan needs a raise for how much they took me for! - Br1224
I brought my Colorado into them for the airbag light. It spit out the code for the passenger airbag connector or/and airbag. I chose just to replace the connector. That didn’t fix the problem. I drove less then 5 minutes and light came on. I was then told I needed a 920 airbag with 200 install. That repair didn’t make it 3 minutes down the road. The miscommunication between the service manager and technician was horrible. Dan told me at one point there was a way to test the airbag and had to be corrected by the tech. I was told by Dan that airbag light was coming on and off when tech moved the connector during airbag repair. The tech the next day said it was staying on solid. I jumped on Dan that if it was bad connector I should be refunded for airbag. That in my opinion is why the story changed come Friday when I picked up my vehicle. Dan offered to run new wiring from airbag to module under seat. The tech said he felt he could do this with a coat hanger without having to take my carpet up. I left with my truck. The best choice I could of made. It is now in a different shop and low and behold the new tech can just wiggle connector and get it to come on and off. He took dash apart and as you see in the pictures two wires to the connector aren’t attached. If this connector would of been done right I wouldn’t have 1,100 in on airbag repair. Anthony Chevrolet is refusing to return any money. I believe Dans original statement about being able to shake the connector last Thursday. Then changing the story come Friday. If another tech can shake it and the pictures show messed up wires well you be the JUDGE! The icing on the cake though is every other dealer I called and spoke to there service managers said that the old airbag is mine. Well isn’t it convenient Anthony Chevrolet won’t give me back my old airbag that never went off. They claim hazardous materials even though they will sell me a new one to walk out of the dealership with and junkyards sell used ones. This was a poor quality repair and there solution of using a hanger to run wires was another example of them trying to cut corners. The other dealerships I called said carpet would need to come up to see properly. This wouldn’t of fixed the problem anyways when you have a connector that looks like this. Thank you Anthony Chevrolet for your excellent and outstanding job on this repair!

My cobalt air cont was putting out warm air & surging in & out.They checked it out and said nothing was wrong.I took it to another location and they found a dirty air cond filter they changed it and do it works great. By the way King coal charged me $35.00 for nothing.Thats how King coal will put the screws to you,but we wont be buying any more there.........
