As long as it is easy for the people to say the right... - Matt Henley
As long as it is easy for the people to say the right thing, they will. When they mess up, you will be left holding the bag.
I told them I needed NC weighted plates that would cost more than a car plate, I was told the ~$76 plate fee would supply whatever plate I need and it would be included. I explained that weighted plates cost a lot more than car tags and was reassured that the weighted tags were included before I signed. Of course, I get a call from the dealership wanting me to pay the difference. After talking to the General Manager, I was told there was nothing he could do and he would talk to his people about making promises like this. It's a bad manager that openly stiffs a customer AND blames his employees. I could have gone to a used car lot and been treated like this!

Dan needs a raise for how much they took me for! - Br1224
I brought my Colorado into them for the airbag light. It spit out the code for the passenger airbag connector or/and airbag. I chose just to replace the connector. That didn’t fix the problem. I drove less then 5 minutes and light came on. I was then told I needed a 920 airbag with 200 install. That repair didn’t make it 3 minutes down the road. The miscommunication between the service manager and technician was horrible. Dan told me at one point there was a way to test the airbag and had to be corrected by the tech. I was told by Dan that airbag light was coming on and off when tech moved the connector during airbag repair. The tech the next day said it was staying on solid. I jumped on Dan that if it was bad connector I should be refunded for airbag. That in my opinion is why the story changed come Friday when I picked up my vehicle. Dan offered to run new wiring from airbag to module under seat. The tech said he felt he could do this with a coat hanger without having to take my carpet up. I left with my truck. The best choice I could of made. It is now in a different shop and low and behold the new tech can just wiggle connector and get it to come on and off. He took dash apart and as you see in the pictures two wires to the connector aren’t attached. If this connector would of been done right I wouldn’t have 1,100 in on airbag repair. Anthony Chevrolet is refusing to return any money. I believe Dans original statement about being able to shake the connector last Thursday. Then changing the story come Friday. If another tech can shake it and the pictures show messed up wires well you be the JUDGE! The icing on the cake though is every other dealer I called and spoke to there service managers said that the old airbag is mine. Well isn’t it convenient Anthony Chevrolet won’t give me back my old airbag that never went off. They claim hazardous materials even though they will sell me a new one to walk out of the dealership with and junkyards sell used ones. This was a poor quality repair and there solution of using a hanger to run wires was another example of them trying to cut corners. The other dealerships I called said carpet would need to come up to see properly. This wouldn’t of fixed the problem anyways when you have a connector that looks like this. Thank you Anthony Chevrolet for your excellent and outstanding job on this repair!

Very good experience, but I was called twice after purchasing for more paperwork, when they said they had everything they needed when we signed papers.
On 10/10 I called to check availability of 2 vehicles... - brooke304
On 10/10 I called to check availability of 2 vehicles (both Chevy Equinox's) before driving an hour and a half. I spoke to Ed, in sales. Both vehicles were on the lot but he had customers on the lot browsing. He would make sure they werent interested in either of those vehicles and would call me back. I am still waiting. Both vehicles are still on the website. Apparently he thinks I cannot afford it or just isnt interested in selling one. If I am not worth a return call, this dealership wont be getting my cash.
The ruse of luring people in to pay top dollar for trade-in - Pissed123
I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.
Best dealership in the Valley - Dealer rating
Caleb Agnew and the rest of the people at Bob Robinson were very easy to deal with and I will buy all of my cars there.
Incredibly Disrespectful - renvrant
My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We saw a very attractive car here with low mileage, talked it over for about a week, then called the dealership to ask if we could come in for a test drive. When we arrived, the salesperson we had been dealing with was plenty courteous, but his manager came out and said something along the lines of "Let me make this simple for you: No."
We're a young couple who showed up in T-shirts and jeans, and it became clear from the conversation that he had taken one look at us and decided we weren't serious buyers. I told him we were here to buy, and after several doubtful prodding questions about how we planned to pay for the car (cash from savings), he told us we couldn't test drive it if we weren't going to buy it on the spot because they didn't want to put any miles on the car.
He didn't talk to us, he didn't try to feel us out, and he offered no alternative solutions (like just sitting in the car for example). He didn't even try to direct us to any other cars, just told us no and then tried to explain away why.
All in all this was probably the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life.
Extremely satisfied customer - James Abbott

Horrible. Just Horrible! - Sharebearz
I came to this dealership with over 12,000 saved up for a vehicle, but with little established credit due to being younger. The dealership forced me to be the co-buyer on a car that was 20,300.00, and had me put someone else first on the loan. I had money for over half the price of the car, and was employed at the same job fulltime for over 6 years at that time. They also lied on the paperwork to the loan company (which I told them not to) which made us have a horrible time trying to fix it. I was also told the $300 extra on the vehicle was due to my credit history and an additional charge for me to pay. Then my credit was ran to additional banks (I have credit monitoring) after we already had the vehicle, and signed the loan papers due to their lying. All without my permission of course. These people was crooked in every way possible. I WILL NOT do business here again, and my credit is awesome now. You violated Fair Lending Acts and could had been sued. Thanks to your company I studied on loans so much that I now work in that field.
Long time customer - Darrell B
