Painless - Loriene Uphold
I was very pleased with Premier Chevrolet and Robert Bishoff. Very professional, informative, helpful and took the time to show me everything that the car I purchased (Chevy Trax 2017) offered and how to use them. He did the best he could to give me a good deal, regardless of my situation. Thank you Premier Chevrolet and Robert Bishoff.
Best dealership in the Valley - Dealer rating
Caleb Agnew and the rest of the people at Bob Robinson were very easy to deal with and I will buy all of my cars there.

Exceeded my expectations. - Jim
I-77 Chevrolet exceeded my expectations, I had an excellent experience. I shopped three other Chevrolet Dealerships and I-77 had the best price, and I didn't even negotiate. I would highly recommend I-77 Chevrolet.
Sales and Service - craftylady016
I have bought 2 pickups from this dealership.
The sales have always been an enjoyable experience.
That is also true about the service.
I have always been greeted by a smile and kind word when I have to go back there for something.
New Service Manager is Fantastic! - David
The new service manager, ( I don't have his name handy but I believe it is James), is great. He takes the time to explain options and the diagnosis. Here is very friendly and shows his customers that he cares about providing them the best service experience possible. He will bring in new customers and retain current ones.
Not Truthful - 17camaro
The car pictured on their internet site was NOT the car available when we arrived at the dealership. I called and spoke with the sales manager and we made the deal over the phone. We were to pick up the car that afternoon. It was an hour and a half drive. The car was not clean. They sent a guy out with a spray bottle instead of washing it. Next, one of the valve caps on a tire was green. The other three were silver as they should be. They said they didn't know why. I still suspect that the car had wheel damage they wouldn't disclose. Next, the car came with parts to be dealer installed. They are still in the trunk. Next the door sill plate that lights up and says Camaro was broken. When I got home I checked the tire pressures. They were all low and one was almost 10 lbs low. Additionally it was a half quart low on oil. When we took possession the finance manager told the salesman to order a front license plate bracket since we live in Ohio. It was not ordered. The finance manager gave me the runaround for a month and a half on these parts telling me to check with him next week. I still don't have them and I've had to file a complaint with Chevrolet. I've bought approximately 15 new GM cars in my lifetime. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had.
Accessory install - Wood2015

Worst salesman - Heavyd
Drove over 2 hours each way to look at a truck that had "plenty" of room for negotiation, sales manager would only come off a little. Walked outta that place. Sales guy didn't even know engine size of truck I was looking at!
Good and quick service - gerald ray
Used them repeatedly very good service and good folks. Went in for oil change and tire rotation but used them for service on 4 other vehicles always fair and efficient
Disaster - headache - liars ! - Foreign
Buying a brand new vehicle in Dutch Miller in South Charleston was my biggest mistake I made. Now, I am being punished. Absolutely horrible customer service, a lot of promises but all lies just to make you feel better. When I put a car in the shop ( still having full warranty) they keep my car for a week, put 80 miles on it and burn my gas I had in. Same issue wasn’t fixed 3 difference times I had to bring it in.
Silverado 1500 LTZ - Disabled Vet
I tried to purchase a new 2017 truck. The salesman and manager tried to give me a very low trade in price for my Chrysler 300C that was fully loaded and in excellent condition. A $4000 below NADA and Black book value listed on their very own website. The had not even seen my car yet and tried to rip me off. I went to King Coal Chevrolet and got full asking price and traded for an even better truck. I will not deal with salesman that lie to custemers and tried to tell me that the employee discounts were less than what they bought the truck from the manufacturer. Just a bunch of BS!
Has not been good - steve123

Worst experience ever - wvurah09
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service. They never even washed the car or cleaned it out, and it was brand new. They give you the run around and will not call you back. I have never been this disappointed about a car purchase in my life.
Cary Ridgeway - caryridgeway60

Buyer beware of used cars...
If you are considering a used car from this dealer, be aware of potential misrepresentation. We found a great looking car on line and enlarged the many photos provided. As we were out of state and hundreds of miles away, we requested additional photos based on the seller's verbal comments. We were assured the car was in fantastic shape, no visible marks, etc. In fact, the dealer posted these comments about the vehicle: “The paint on this car has no serious defects, blemishes, scratches or scrapes,” and “The interior of this (car) has been through meticulous inspection and could almost pass for a brand new vehicle.”
As soon as we examined the vehicle, there were over a dozen very visible deep scratches permeating the paint around all exterior areas of the vehicle. For a 2012 vehicle, understandably there might be a couple of minor scratches. The key word describing the exterior, we were later told by the general manager, was 'serious'. Obviously the word has very different connotations... As far as the interior, there were brown specs of 'who knows what' on the roof lining, and would never pass for a brand new vehicle.
We were expecting the dealership to offer some compensation, but after discussions with the sales personnel and general manager about the portrayal verbally and on-line, the GM informed us they would offer nothing additionally, and it was take it or leave it as-is. We had not mentioned that we had a certified bank check for the list price. Consumers should be aware that dealers tend to make good profits based on the mark up on trade-ins, even if leeway is given. Unfortunately the general manager would do nothing to compensate for their misrepresentation and non-disclosures in order to maintain a positive reputation with potential customers. We had not only spent our time, but hundreds of dollars between gas and hotel accommodations. Interestingly, the price has now dropped over $430 since our visit, which is a strange mode of operation.
The employees all reiterate about how long the company has been in business; but that doesn't matter to most people – it is honesty and treatment of customers, along with standing behind your company and what they are selling, that makes people return – favorable experiences. Presumably the owner did not treat customers the way we were, or rest assured, likely wouldn't be in business. Based on our first (and last) experience, be aware that what you read is not always what you get here as far as used vehicles, and there are too many places deserving of your business.
