I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.

I came to this dealership with over 12,000 saved up for a vehicle, but with little established credit due to being younger. The dealership forced me to be the co-buyer on a car that was 20,300.00, and had me put someone else first on the loan. I had money for over half the price of the car, and was employed at the same job fulltime for over 6 years at that time. They also lied on the paperwork to the loan company (which I told them not to) which made us have a horrible time trying to fix it. I was also told the $300 extra on the vehicle was due to my credit history and an additional charge for me to pay. Then my credit was ran to additional banks (I have credit monitoring) after we already had the vehicle, and signed the loan papers due to their lying. All without my permission of course. These people was crooked in every way possible. I WILL NOT do business here again, and my credit is awesome now. You violated Fair Lending Acts and could had been sued. Thanks to your company I studied on loans so much that I now work in that field.
Service Department is Horrible - Kate
The service department changed my oil and a couple days later a low oil pressure stop engine warning came on. It went off in less than 2 seconds and didn't come on again for about 1-2 months later. I stopped my car immediately and had it taken to the dealership. They told me all of my oil had leaked out, there was a hole in my coolant container and a hole in some type of water pump. They "said" they replaced the parts and put all new oil in my car since I had practically none in it. In their words, I wouldn't have been able to drive mile down the road I was that low on oil. About two months later, I get the warning again. I took it to them, and they said my oil was low and that there was a hole in my coolant container. There's no way that's a coincidence. The people in the service department also lied on the invoice. I didn't read his comments until after I left the dealership, but he had written down my low oil light was on. The light never came on. They also didn't write where they put all new oil in my car the last time the warning came on, so they tried saying it was my fault I hadn't had an oil change in 4 months. Since they said I was low a quart of oil the second time, I left and had my dad add a quart of oil in my car. I didn't trust them to do anything to my car at that point once I found out how bad they tried screwing me over. Once my dad added oil, the warning light went off. About three days later, my car broke down. Now they're not going to fix their mistake because them adding all new oil wasn't "recorded" on the paper. I added how much they said I was low, and yes it was the correct oil. So, I did what they were going to do. Besides, I didn't need an oil change yet. If they went by the last time they added all new oil, I would've been under the recommended mileage for an oil change that was listed on a maintenance spreadsheet on chevy's website. I shouldn't have been low on oil at all. But since it wasn't written down on the papers, they said I was "over the mileage." Another dealership put in a claim about this incident to gm and gm referred back to premier's invoice. Since premier didn't put down that I had all new oil in my car, gm denied covering it. I'm never buying a chevy from here again because I can't put up with these clowns at Premier. All Premier does is lie and cover up their mistakes.

My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We saw a very attractive car here with low mileage, talked it over for about a week, then called the dealership to ask if we could come in for a test drive. When we arrived, the salesperson we had been dealing with was plenty courteous, but his manager came out and said something along the lines of "Let me make this simple for you: No."
We're a young couple who showed up in T-shirts and jeans, and it became clear from the conversation that he had taken one look at us and decided we weren't serious buyers. I told him we were here to buy, and after several doubtful prodding questions about how we planned to pay for the car (cash from savings), he told us we couldn't test drive it if we weren't going to buy it on the spot because they didn't want to put any miles on the car.
He didn't talk to us, he didn't try to feel us out, and he offered no alternative solutions (like just sitting in the car for example). He didn't even try to direct us to any other cars, just told us no and then tried to explain away why.
All in all this was probably the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life.

Buying a brand new vehicle in Dutch Miller in South Charleston was my biggest mistake I made. Now, I am being punished. Absolutely horrible customer service, a lot of promises but all lies just to make you feel better. When I put a car in the shop ( still having full warranty) they keep my car for a week, put 80 miles on it and burn my gas I had in. Same issue wasn’t fixed 3 difference times I had to bring it in.
Harry Green refuse to do waranty work. - Joehunt
I bought a new chevy colorado in September. It broke down while driving to work. I called chevy roadside assistance, and they sent me too Harry Greens. From the moment the tow truck driver told me where he was taking it, I knew this was going to be big problems. I went with the tow truck drive to drop it off and talked with thw service assistant. He told me that they needed to diagnose the problem before I can get a loaner, which at the time was fine. I asked how long it would take, and he told me a few hours. I dropped the vechile off at 830 am, at 330 i hadnt heard anything, so i stopped by on the way to pic up my wife. My truck was still setting in the spot the tow truck driver left it.
I go it the service department to see what going on, and Rob Gallo rudely tells me that they will get to it when ever they can get too it, then refuses to talk to me. I couldnt get any of the other service people to talk to me either. The whole staff was very unhelpful.
The next day I call a few times, and noone will talk to me, so I have someone drop me off at lunch, and asked to see the manager. The service manager is on vacation so I talk to the general manager, Frank Smith. Frank then proceeds to tell me that my truck isnt a priority for them since I didnt buy it at Harry Greens and that if I wanted service from them then i should buy it here next time. He then told me that if I wanted my truck fixed, then i should contact Midstate Chevrolet where I bought my truck. Aftet a few choice words I left.
I called Midstate on the way back to work, and they sent a tow truck to Harry Greens picked it and brought me a loaner vechile that day.
What happened in this situation was absurd. On all the ads for Chevy you here about how good Chevy Service is. It shouldnt matter what dealership you buy your vechile from, you should get the same service every at every dealership. Frank Smith was right about one thing, I should have just went to Midstate. When I was looking for me truck I called Harry Green to see if they would get it for me. They didnt have what I wanted on the lot, and wouldnt go get what I wanted from another dealership. I called Midstate, and they not only found me exactly what I was looking for, but they drove 5 hours one way, worked out the whole deal over the phone, and had it too me the next day at a cheaper price.
Like I told the general manager at Harry Green, its a difference in attitude from the top,down. Midstate wants to help me, Harry Green wants to be xxxxxxxx! Im not sure how Frank Smith thinks that treating customers like xxxx wpuld make them want to buy a vechile from them.
Midstate went to Harry Greens, got it to their service department, and an hour later had the problem identified. And they gave me a brand new colorado to drive while they work on it.

By the way King coal charged me $35.00 for nothing.Thats how King coal will put the screws to you,but we wont be buying any more there.........

Buyer beware of used cars...
If you are considering a used car from this dealer, be aware of potential misrepresentation. We found a great looking car on line and enlarged the many photos provided. As we were out of state and hundreds of miles away, we requested additional photos based on the seller's verbal comments. We were assured the car was in fantastic shape, no visible marks, etc. In fact, the dealer posted these comments about the vehicle: “The paint on this car has no serious defects, blemishes, scratches or scrapes,” and “The interior of this (car) has been through meticulous inspection and could almost pass for a brand new vehicle.”
As soon as we examined the vehicle, there were over a dozen very visible deep scratches permeating the paint around all exterior areas of the vehicle. For a 2012 vehicle, understandably there might be a couple of minor scratches. The key word describing the exterior, we were later told by the general manager, was 'serious'. Obviously the word has very different connotations... As far as the interior, there were brown specs of 'who knows what' on the roof lining, and would never pass for a brand new vehicle.
We were expecting the dealership to offer some compensation, but after discussions with the sales personnel and general manager about the portrayal verbally and on-line, the GM informed us they would offer nothing additionally, and it was take it or leave it as-is. We had not mentioned that we had a certified bank check for the list price. Consumers should be aware that dealers tend to make good profits based on the mark up on trade-ins, even if leeway is given. Unfortunately the general manager would do nothing to compensate for their misrepresentation and non-disclosures in order to maintain a positive reputation with potential customers. We had not only spent our time, but hundreds of dollars between gas and hotel accommodations. Interestingly, the price has now dropped over $430 since our visit, which is a strange mode of operation.
The employees all reiterate about how long the company has been in business; but that doesn't matter to most people – it is honesty and treatment of customers, along with standing behind your company and what they are selling, that makes people return – favorable experiences. Presumably the owner did not treat customers the way we were, or rest assured, likely wouldn't be in business. Based on our first (and last) experience, be aware that what you read is not always what you get here as far as used vehicles, and there are too many places deserving of your business.
