Awesome Experience! - Mark Menzel
This dealership was so much more superior (in all aspects) than the other 5 that I visited.
Troy Obremski was very friendly, very helpful, but not pushy. He worked hard to understand our needs.

Happy with our Tiguan purchase experience! - 3D-ScoutLeader
We purchased a new 2019 VW Tiguan from Van Horn VW in Sheboygan, WI. Our sales representative was Andy Vang Lee. Andy was extremely supportive and patient while working with us to test drive several models of Tiguans durning a very busy day at the dealership. He was again extremely professional and patient while working with us over the next couple days to arrive at a deal which was comfortable with us. Andy again showed his character when I oversaw him cleaning fingerprints from the exterior paint after we inspected the car prior to delivery.
Andy truly was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Glad we met him.
The purchase experience at Van Horn was friendly and comfortable. Very pleased we took the 60-minutes to drive there and check it out!
Great experience! - PaulaBICU
I did realize my interest and the Tiguan I wanted was all that mattered. The VW Team always had my interest I in mind. What an Awesome Team, Thank you! It not only the brand but your team is representative of the ever lasting long lived VW Brand. I was taught, even in my City of Madison, decisions have to be made-I acted on it and made a decision and got the Tiguan I wanted!

Lied the whole time - tjvance12
Went here to get a new VW, ended up liking the 2017 GTI S. The sales Associate was great, very knowledgeable and answered every question. Went over to finance to set up a plan, and the financer was absolutely terrible. Suggested I have my dad co-sign to make my payments lower, so I obliged and had him come in. Long story short, she stated there was no difference between the main signer and co-signer and insisted I sign as the co-signer and my dad as the main. I did not sign as this was fishy to me, and she explained in great detail how there is no longer a difference between the two. She stated they would be using my fathers credit so I could get the lowest payments possible. We ended up signing, and right after I signed she stated that they were using my credit, and not my fathers and he was the actual owner of the car. I stated what she told me at the beginning and she said well there is a difference. I talked with VWCredit as well the finance manager with both stating they have never seen a contract written the way mine was and that it was not standard procedure. I went straight to my bank and bought out the loan through VW. NEVER will I go here again, they lie to get you to sign the contracts then afterwards they said you’re SOL and not their problem anymore. I’ve talked with the GM and they have only gave me the run around in everything. I will never give them my business again.
Poor quality vehicles, incompetent dealer experience! - tmart
1 star only because the staff has been courteous. However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine issues causing the vehicle to fail emissions at 20k miles, complete brake replacement well before expectation, rear window washer issues, rear brake light issues, and transfer case needed to be replaced at 60k miles - to name a few). So many issues that Mazda provided an employee discount certificate to buy a replacement; however, Hall Mazda could not provide competitive pricing as I was able to get stronger offer from other dealers without even referencing the discount. During the last issues with Transfer Case replacement, the vehicle needed to be returned four times and we continue to have issues that are unresolved. Expect a dealer who will not root cause your vehicle issues, perform only the minimal fixes after they leave your vehicle in worse shape than you start with. Worst experience I have had, period. Going back to a reputable car company and dealership experience…
Nothing but lies all the way through! - KeithQ
I drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle, with money in hand. Found the exact model and color I was looking for, not to mention its Certified Pre-Owned! SCORE!!!! ..Not I went through all the trouble of getting a loan, finding a ride and drove almost 2 hours to look at said car with full intentions to buy right at opening time.
This is where I'm glad I did my research into these cars and the CPO program and brought an auto body tech with me. As I started walking around the car the salesman (Nick) started immediately trying to get me to taker it on a test drive, I'm not sure if he didn't want me to inspect as closely as I was.. Either way I gave him my ID to copy and took the car about a mile or so down the road, turned around and drove to a nearby parking lot to inspect the car with no interruptions. I opened all doors, trunk, and hood. CPO vehicles are supposed to have NO VISIBLE DAMAGE, essentially a re-certified NEW vehicle. There was paint missing all the way up the edge on both drivers side doors, there was many 1-2 inch long deep scratches that you could sink your fingernail into all over the car, the front bumper's lip was creased in at least 2 spots and there was damaged paint all the way along the front edge, the passenger side had 4+ dents and there was paint missing from the center of most of them, the chrome/silver trim under the window on the drivers side front door was clawed to the point that it looked sanded with 80 grit sandpaper, the interior looked like wolverine drove it because there were deep scratches all over the door handle and the steering wheel was severely worn for a vehicle that was supposed to show no apparent wear, the headliner had sweat stains or coffee all over it, the tail light on the drivers side has moisture inside, the passenger side headlight has a chip out of the center of it, the rear bumper had severe scuffing all the way across the trunk opening from sliding cargo in and out of the trunk, there were various other scratches and a good amount of swirling all over from the roof to anywhere else you wanted to look closely at..
My point is after reviewing the CPO list by VW again I realized that the tech obviously and very blatantly lied to get this car CPO certified. I asked to have the cost reduced since I would have to get the cars finish refreshed including a serious buff and have a few panels re-sprayed, new headlight or a repair, new drivers door panel, get the window tint removed because of the bubbles and wonky cuts, get a new taillight, new front bumper, etc.. Mr. Nick says he will find out what they can do but "you need to expect this type of damage to a used vehicle" Obviously glossing over the fact that they lied on over 7 points of a CPO checklist to get a vehicle certified that was not eligible. Nick tells me that "this car will sell to someone who doesn't take care of their cars near as well as (me) and they will be thrilled because they "think" it will be a great deal." That line really stuck with me about how Boucher must work as a company.. Makes you think that he pretty much agrees it is too much but its okay because some poor sucker will buy it anyway. He also offered to see if the dealer would be willing to improperly repair the scratches by just blending the clear to fix the finish and that's when my friend inquired about de-lamination from the different clear coats and asked if I get any additional paint warranty for that and Nick said no. He also said they might be able to get the dents out that are lower in the doors but not the ones on the body lines because those are "tricky". Now, that is true, but they should have a capable tech for this.
Anyway, Nick comes back and gives me the story that they have more into the car than what its posted for online so that's the bottom dollar (another lie I found a cheaper ad online after) and I left with nothing but $15k in my hand. Do not trust the CPO and do not trust Nick especially. He didn't even smile at me until the end when he told me that "I hope it works out for you next time" yikes...
2029 Volkswagen Tiguan sold by Mike - SC9
Great experience overall, Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He is from Ukraine so after you buy a car from him he gifts you chocolates from his homeland. It is a simple touch that meant a lot to us after we signed the deal. The sales manager was very eager to sell so we got a great deal as well. Highly recommend this dealership and Mike in particular.
Good service, but no openings for 12 days - vwgolfowner
We bought an almost new loaner VW Golf AllTrack from the dealer. We've had 2 service appointments and the service has been good, but it's taken forever to get an appointment.
Great experience for a first time car buyer - Drewmno16
Seeing that this was my first time purchasing a car, I was a bit hesitant to look around for dealers. I could not have picked a better choice. From test driving the car, to answering all my questions, Chris Hall, at Frank Boucher Jeep made my first time purchasing a car very hassle free. Everyone at this dealer cares about the customers and helping to find the right deals for you.
