BMW of Meridian (service department) may have been the best service we have ever received from a dealership. We did not purchase our car from this dealership, we only brought it for a routine oil change. We had them check an issue we had been having and they went out of their way to help with this issue. We appreciate being treated like our vehicle matters and that they are very honest with things. I do wish I could remember the main person we spoke with over the phone each time, so I could give him the credit for being so helpful.
