I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my used Camry. The salesman Caleb Christy was very helpful and a great person to work with. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They all worked together to make my experience a good one.

She helped me pick the perfect vehicles (White Legacy XT, with Mocha interior). Her communication skills are excellent as she keep me up to date while we waited for the car to be delivered to the dealership. Big Shout Out and Thanks to Andra.

Service was great, I made my selection on tires, however the service center recommended a slightly more expensive tire but after telling me the benefits and listening to my concerns about driving in the rain due to an accident a few years back… the slightly more expensive tire was the BEST OPTION, making me feel safe in my commute. I’ll admit I was shorting myself, they reminded me that my safety is the top priority as I have a family that relies heavily upon me! Thanks Sutherlin and thank you Chris Rose

Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. Subaru of Gallatin beat the Memphis prices hands down! Great place to do business. Would consider doing business there again. Keep up the good work guys! RDuke

I am an active-duty military member stationed on Fort Campbell, KY. I tried to purchase a 2025 Crosstrek in Atlanta. GA while on leave. The Kennesaw Subaru dealership found the model Subaru that I wanted in Nashville. I was heading back to FTCKY that day and the Nashville Subaru crew stayed late to facilitate my purchase after hours. Noah was great. My gripe is that I went in to have a wider arm replaced that had been damaged in a car wash. I ordered the part, but I was never contacted to say that the part was in. I stopped in on my way home two weeks later and the part was in. The service department replaced the part in 10 minutes, awesome, but I had needed the rear wiper the week prior and a call would have been nice. Love the store and I will take my crosstrek back for all maintenance. Paxton
