We’ve been coming to this dealership for our Nissan leases since 2008. Josh has always been amazing to work with and really simplifies the process! He truly cares, is very responsive and really just honest/transparent. He lets you know if it’s the right time for your situation, or maybe to hold out if you can for a better deal. He makes it easy to fully understand the process and feel confident that you are receiving the best offer. The entire staff (and the overall vibe) is just friendly and chill. Everyone is just genuinely nice and not pushy in the least, and that’s a reflection of Josh’s leadership and approach. You always feel like the staff are trying to help you VS sell to you. We bought a new car with cash one month ago. After SEVERAL calls to the dealership we had no call back or explanation regarding getting the title. Mariela was the ONLY CONTACT who responded! I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Purchased a new ‘18 Rogue 5 years ago. All inspections and service was done when due at Peter’s. I recently handed my Rogue over to my son for a cross-country trip. Wanted to get the car “looked over” for any foreseeable issues. Tara in the service department was super friendly, was able to get the car in the next day, and had a few minor issues taken care of that same day! She also pointed out and applied a dealer special discount they were running at the time. A follow-up call a couple days later to make sure everything was ok was greatly appreciated. The attention to details at Peter’s is unusual these days. Because of this, I recently purchased a new Murano. If interested in a new Nissan, I highly recommend Peter’s in Nashua. Their service department is exceptional.
