I had scheduled an oil change and a software update at NUCAR. It is a 45 minute drive for me so having a fast and reliable service provider is very important to me. When I dropped my car off I was met by the service manager and received a very friendly greeting. I was expecting to wait about an hour and a half for the service. To my surprise the software update and oil change was completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend NUCAR for all your service needs and your next car purchase. Great team to work with.. Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been given the threat about tariffs making the cost go up soon, so I should buy now. They also used the tariff excuse as to why they couldn't negotiate the price with me. I did not appreciate it. Finally, when they emailed me about the car (threatening the tariffs again), they wrote my name wrong. I just didn't feel like I was respected. Also, the sales person did not know much about the different lines of vehicles. He had to look it up on the website, and I seemed to know more than him.
