The fastest and least stressful car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d already looked at a few other places for months prior to going to Sansone Mazda, where navigating their website felt like an all-day ordeal. I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA CX-30 2.5S and I had to add that first.
I read positive reviews about Sansone Mazda and after reading about salesman Thomas’s great feedback from customers, I reached out online and someone contacted me promptly. Thomas is a great, down-to-earth guy who is not pushy and listens. I test drove the car, discussed numbers, and wrapped up financing next door at Jeep because there were many purchasing cars that day at the Mazda dealership. He was just as fantastic as Thomas, and he made me laugh quite a bit. All was negotiated quickly. No games, just straightforward and efficient. The finance experience was truly above and beyond.
Thomas and the Finance Manager at Jeep also followed up afterward to make sure I was happy and to thank me for my purchase. I received a thank you card from Thomas, in addition to an email, a notification card in the mail and a call when my plates and registration were ready. It took only two weeks. I really appreciate their effort to make sure I knew I could swing by to retrieve everything, and it took about five minutes at the pickup desk to retrieve both. It helps to bring the orange card that was mailed to you because when you hand it to them your name is already on there, so you don’t have to fill some paperwork out or spell your name.
I called Thom and told him I would stop by on Saturday and not sure what time to pick up my plates and registration. When I did drive over a few days later, a very nice gentleman approached me while I was waiting for Thomas who wanted to put on my plates, say hello and answer questions I might have about the new car. The young man offered two times to assist me which was fantastic, but I did want to wait for Thomas. After a few moments, I was told that Thomas was on a test-drive with another customer, who happened to be Danny the Assistant Manager who insisted on helping me with attach my plates. This impressed me because sometimes salespeople will sell you a car and not want to waste time further assisting you with plates and questions and answers so they can be busy trying to make a sale. Not here! That was the cherry on top of the sundae, and I have no problem driving an hour from my home to be treated properly and give my business to Sansone Mazda.
