I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Gault Chevrolet in Endicott, NY and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Ricky Chesebro was outstanding — knowledgeable, zero pressure, and genuinely focused on finding the right vehicle for me. The Suburban was exactly what I was looking for and presented perfectly. Joe Wallick made sure the deal was fair and straightforward, and Sam Folk in finance had me in and out quickly with no surprises. He answered all my and wife questions. In the end we purchased a 2026 Rouge; after reviewing several used SUVs. He managed all the sales details at Maguire's Nissian dealership. He contacted us the day after the sale to see if we had any issues! When is the last time car salesman follow-ups the day after a sale! I would purchase a care from Maquire again!

I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. Complained about radio display screen going blank several times while truck was still under warranty. Service department could not find anything wrong because it was working when at the dealers. Last time I went in for service I told them screen was still going blank. Somehow by Voodoo magic they knew what was wrong and it would cost $389.17 and sorry its out of warranty. Contacted G.M. and they made a deal with Sylvester to cut my price in half. There warrant is worthless.

Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and certified vehicles (read every little bit of fine print and ask every question imaginable). Our experience with this warrantee and with the dealership standing by it is weak. After less than a year of owning our vehicle, and $1500 of work done on the car, we are ready to go back to owning a foriegn car.
