Lesson we learned the hard way frI'm GERRY-RAYMOND in Brookville Pa... Mid-January we purchased a new 2025 1500 Ram from Gerry-Raymond in Brookville PA. We had the truck for about a week, less than 250 miles and a fuel injector failed. Gerry-Raymond had the truck until mid February to replace the injector and spray a bed liner (paid for at time of purchase). The GM said "let us show you what kind of dealership we are". The truck was returned, we had the truck for about a week and the check engine light came on (a Saturday). Called GR GM, promised Monday pick up, called Tuesday to remind them to pick it up... They picked up the truck Tuesday, took a week to identify the problem (oil pump would not go to low pressure mode). Replacement part is obsolete in the Ram system. April 1st GR took back the loaner vehicle and the GM would not take our calls, threaten to come with State Police if we didn't give up the loaner. It's currently April 14, no loaner, no truck, no call, no repair.... We bought new to not have these problems... BUYER BEWARE, AVOID GERRY-RAYMOND IN BROOKVILLE PA, and Ram launches new platforms with obsolete parts... Truck is less than 500 mikes, RAM customer service will not do an exchange... After the sale they WILL forget who you are.... May 19, finally heard from the dealer, repairs just completed after 76 days, during the verbal exchange, John Whiley the GM, attacks the wife for the review they earned and then hung up on me.... Avoid this dealership at all costs...

Overall experience went well, friendly customer service made me feel comfortable. Walked me through the financing process as well. Answered my questions, explained car's features. I was loyal to a different car maker but feel my decision to switch makers was correct and look forward to the future with Hyundai.

Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!

Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled

Bought a Ram here during COVID. Tim Grubb was exceptional to work with. Online process was a breeze. My wife signed all the paperwork and indicated it was a great environment and everyone present at the dealership was very friendly. We live 2.5 hrs away but we will buy here again.

Buyer beware, After finance approval at a payment around $620 +/- I was assured I could sell my Tacoma and take the F150 home within 20 minutes the only thing left was the paperwork with no conditions.. After I sold my truck to a private buyer at the dealership they came in with several conditions including having to buy a $3,130 "Bumper to bumper" extended warranty or I could not have the truck. I was 50 miles from home and Traci the manger flat out told me I could not take the truck unless I signed for the "bumper to bumper" warranty, as it was manditory for bank approval, which had already been approved without. Also turns out that the warranty was only engine and powertrain NOT bumper to bumper, and it raised my payment by over $60 a month. I finally got Traci to have the warranty canceled after several go arounds with BBB complaints, and then she even delayed the cancellation by over a week and only because I called in for conformation in writing that she had, had it canceled. Only then did she send the form for the warranty company to cancel the fake bumper to bumper warranty. I stated on the form that the reason I was cancelling is because I never wanted it and was falsly told my loan wouldn't be approved without it and I was lied to as to the bumper to bumper status when it was only engine and drivetrain. (By the way I called my finance company Chrysler Credit and they informed me that there was never a stipulation for my approval that required me to purchase the extended warranty, and I immediately filed a complaint with them about being forced to purchase the warranty against my will, and the fact that the manager lied as to the type of warranty it was.) When confronted about the false bumper to bumper, Staci calmly stated after looking up my vehicles info "Oh your truck has too many miles for the bumper to bumper so it only covers the engine and drive train," like it was no big deal that she lied to me. You will see in another complaint here where she pulled the same switcheroor on another poor consumer to fall into the false warranty trap. Forget having this dealership attend to any issues concerning service after you leave. Ain't never gonna happen. All you will get if they even bother to call you back is the run around. Worst buying experience of my 70 years on this planet ever! Hope anyone reading this heeds my warning. You will regret it if you don't. ONLY RATED ONE START DUE TO THE FACT THAT I COULDN'T RATE ZERO OR MINUS -10

They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had to be replaced the next day at another Ford dealer. Despite being provided the invoices for both replacements, they refuse to reimburse for the part or even return a phone call or email. Once you leave their lot, you are on your own.

RIP PEOPLE OFF!! - Unhappy

Just a warning to all! Last week I took my ram truck into Clarion Ford Chrysler Ram in Clarion Pa. It needed inspected, oil change and recalls done. I was happy when I picked the truck up because it was a reasonable price from the dealer. My truck didn’t need anything for inspection, all good. Yeah! Well when I pulled out of there the truck was running a little rough, I should have turned around right then and taken it back. But I didn’t, but the next day I called and complained about it. They said as long as the check engine light is on solid I could still drive it and they gave me an appointment for a week away. So I drive the truck, the transmission isn’t shifting right and now check engine light flashes. I quit using the truck, take it in to Clarion ram again. They say the engine now has a misfire, and it will cost xxxx amount of money to repair. So they couldn’t get me on inspection for any additional problems or money, seems to me they caused a problem to my truck so I would have to take it back. They said it’s all just a coincidence that my truck has a problem after they worked on it...seems to me typical dealer crap! Like Gibbs says “there are no such things as coincidence”. Beware of Clarion Ford Chrysler Ram! Spread the word far and wide! No I didn’t have them do the work, scammy people!

i was looking for a low mileage ford expedition and came upon STOLTZ MOTOR CO of dubois , pa. after the salesman told us that he would hold their used ford expedition for us to drive over 3 hours one way to see it. when we arrived there the salesman made us feel very comfortable offering us coffee, tea and the use of their restroom. he showed us the ford expedition which we loved at first sight. the STOLTZ dealership did everything they could to make the transaction smooth for us and quickly got us back on the road for the 3 hour drive home w/ our new purchase. i passed many car dealerships to get to STOLTZ MOTOR CO and it was worth the drive we got at STOLTZ MOTOR CO. it is now 2 weeks later and we are still very excited with the deal we got 3 hours from home from STOLTZ MOTOR CO of dubois pa... we would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. i am 66 years old and bought many vehicles from many dealerships and STOLTZ MOTORS ranks at the top of them. gerald in pine grove, pa
