Our situation wasn’t easy, but she made sure we drove off in exactly what we wanted—our Cadillac Escalade. She teamed up with sales manager Carlos, who took his time and worked the deal in our favor. Not only did we get the truck we wanted, but he got our payment even lower than expected. They both went above and beyond—no shortcuts, no pressure, just real effort. I was going to buy from this dealership about a month ago. I decided to wait until after the holidays. When I say I have asked these people to stop calling me, it's a understatement. BUT what really got me mad is when I started getting calls and text at 11:15PM!! Who in their right mind would text someone about buying a car that late at night!!? These people must be desperate and trying to make a deal when the customer is sleeping! I will NEVER do any type of business with a company like that. I have been in retail and sales management for over 40 years, and I would never think of doing something like that. I wish I could give zero stars!

Please check your warranty package if you purchased a new vehicle from Pohanka Hundai be certain that you have the manufacture warranty. I purchased a new vehicle and I had EG Assurance with five warranties I didnt have the manufacturer warranty. And all of the warranties my signature was forged.

Tried calling the service department to ask the price of an oil change for my 2021 Arteon. First attempt as going well until I was transferred to the service department. The phone rang and rang until a recording came on stating the mail box was full and could no longer receive any messages. Second call to the phone number listed on the website. Rang a couple of times until a female answered “Good morning” then line went dead. We have a 2021 Arteon and an 2022 Atlas. Getting ready to trade one or both in but, when you cannot get anyone in the service department to answer a simple question leads me to think on looking at Lexus or Mercedes as they don’t seem to have many complaints on their service departments.

This is the worst place to buy a car! I would not buy a toy car from them. I have had nothing but trouble with this car. Now they have moved from Salisbury and I bought a warranty that means nothing. I should not have to drive to Delaware to see if they will honor it. And no loaner cars. Horrible place!!!!

Very thoughtful and helpful sales staff. Sam J was my rep and she worked with my budget and listened to my needs to help me find something that worked for me. The sales manager, Jerry D. was willing to negotiate with me to get to where I wanted to be. Very straight forward, and willing to show me how things added up. Both Sam and Jerry educated me on a few things about the car buisness as well. I left feeling good about my decision and with a nice looking 2020 Nissan Murano ! Thanks Guys!
