This dealer is not trustworthy. - Kreationz2go

This dealer is not trustworthy. Zach Brown the Sales manager is the worst. Elisia the finance manager is very shady and will send you emails of warranties to have you sign the finance paper to come and found out that you're not covered at all. Don't buy from here. I wish I saw these reviews before getting my vehicle. Don't do it. Don't do it. And especially to the African American community stay far away from this dealer.

I was traveling for work and my vehicle broke down during the week. The team at Bill Gatton did a great job of fixing it in a very timely fashion to get me back on the road again. Absolutely a wonderful experience!!!

Best Car Buying Experience to Date - campbellclan

I have bought over eight different vehicles the last fifteen years, some new and some used, and I have experienced the typical ups and downs that come with such life experiences. Some purchases went smoothly, while others proved problematic, including one situation in which I had to sue a dealership in Kernersville, NC (and won). I even purchased a truck from Ramey in Princeton only to encounter a great deal of frustration in securing a second key for the truck (I never got it after several communications on my end). I've got to say though that my recent purchase of a 2015 Dodge Challenger at Ramey Tazewell has by far been my best experience with a car dealership to date. Our salesperson, Frank Hall, was kind, courteous, and easy to work with. I contacted the Internet sales after I saw the price drop on the car to what amounted to a good deal and was treated like a valued customer from the initial email response. We purchased a warranty that included protectant stain spray for the interior and exterior and had to take the car back two weeks later for the service. Frank set me up in a nicer loaner vehicle than he really needed to, and when I picked the Challenger back up it had been detailed all over from front to back, looking as it did when we drove it off the lot. I am very impressed with the sales staff at this dealership. Frank Hall and Ramey of Tazewell have earned our future business.

I needed a VA State inspection sticker. - lutherstinnett

I needed a VA State inspection sticker. They got me in and out very quickly. I needed one of my tail light bulbs replaced and they only charged me a few extra dollars to do that. Would recommend them to anyone. 10/10

I brought my 2015 Impala to the shop for brake lights - ZV

I brought my 2015 Impala to the shop for brake lights staying on and cruise control issues. On the first visit, the service tech installed a brake light switch based on my suggestion. The car seemed fixed at that time. Later the same day, I called because the same symptoms returned. The dealership scheduled a second appointment about two weeks later. At that visit, they replaced the connector at the brake light switch and charged $130 for 1 hour of labor. They removed a $6 miscellaneous charge after I asked about it, but the bulk of the labor charge remained. While the staff was polite and the repair ultimately fixed the issue, I was frustrated that I was charged for labor on a problem that was directly related to the first repair. I would advise future customers to clarify billing policies for follow-up work, especially when the issue is the same as a previous repair.
