Charles Wiley is my salesman. I visited Duke Automotive in December 2025 for my first time on a quest to order a 2026 GMC Sierra HD. The process exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have always been partial to GM products and since 2021 more partial to the GMC build. Charles was friendly and professional from the first visit to the dealership. There was a more relaxed atmosphere than other experiences in vehicle shopping. Everything that we talked about to put the order together was fulfilled. Absolutely no surprises or left out details.
