I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable—something I honestly didn’t expect after past experiences at other dealerships. The biggest standout was my salesman, Zachery Leduc. He treated me with respect from day one, keeping me informed about inventory and availability without ever being pushy. I made it clear that I wasn’t ready to buy for about a week, and he honored that completely—no pressure, no constant calls, just helpful updates when it mattered. That level of professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. When it came time to purchase my Tacoma, the dealership really worked with me to stay within my budget. I also want to recognize Zach Jordan, the new car sales manager, who went the extra mile to help get the price down to a point that worked for me. It truly felt like they were on my side, trying to make the deal happen in a way that was fair and comfortable. I’ve been to other dealerships before and didn’t feel respected or valued as a customer, but working with Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough was a completely different experience.
