My wife is terrified of buying a new car, Sandy Gilreath made the experience wonderful for her. There was no hassel, she test drove several models to see which one she likes the best. Sandy explained everything on the new Traverse she picked,and it has all the features you can get. I talked to the service manager, Robert before the sale about the engine and any troubles they might have had. The entire experience from top to bottom is not like other dealerships. I have bought several trucks there and all of my service work is done at Day's Chevrolet in Jasper. I can't say enough about these folks, My wife loves her new Traverse and is thrilled with the experience Sandy gave her buying it. We met Stephen Hall who spent his time with us to successfully pair, connect and demo the various features that the vehicle now had to offer. His patience and communication qualities were outstanding. He was very knowledgeable in his presentation and easy to talk to. Last week, my wife and I had a great experience dealing with Stafford and Mark. We traded in our C7 Corvette for a C8 Corvette. There were no pressure tactics or upsells.
