He worked with us along with the finance manager and the sales manager. They were patient and didn’t make me feel rushed just so they could go home. Great dealership with great people and pricing.

The service department did a magnificent job of working with my warranty company, keeping me informed, and providing professional and expeditious work. I recently negotiated an out the door price for the purchase of a 2023 Ford F150 with this dealership. However, once driving to make the purchase, I was told that the deal was for a Sierra 1500. The salesman Thomas said he made a mistake during negotiations and then got loud and argumentative with me when I asked to speak with a manager. After being forced to call back myself, I was finally able to get the owner to hear me out who protected Thomas and said he just made a mistake, but he would talk with him about his attitude. He never offered to honor the negotiated price of the F150 and showed no remorse that I was lied to by one of his salesmen for over a week of negotiations. This was a true bait and switch tactic by this dealership and I hope a lawyer reads this review so maybe this dealership can be forced to stop these practices. Bottom Line - The Salesman Thomas Lied to me and then berated me. - The Owner defended him and showed this dealership has no honor in what they say. Very Untrustworthy Dealership!

By far the absolute best experience I have ever had in getting repairs on my 2019 F150 King Ranch. From the General manager Tony Russell to the service manager Terry Reese. I was taken great care and I didn't even buy my truck from them. Sunny King is the best of the best and will always be my first stop when I'm ready for service or to buy another vehicle.

The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
