My salesperson, Jarvis Harden, was outstanding from the beginning. He was honest, straightforward, and never played games with the numbers. Every time we discussed pricing, the numbers on the worksheet matched what he told me. There were no surprises when it came time to finalize the deal. One of the biggest reasons I chose Rivard-Royall over other dealerships, including Serra of Jackson, was transparency. Jarvis took the time to explain every number on the deal, answered every question I had, and never pressured me into making a decision. I always knew exactly where I stood. Rivard-Royall also offered a stronger overall deal. They gave me a true $35,000 trade allowance for my truck, provided a larger discount on the Canyon, honored the GM Conquest rebate, and didn't add a dealer documentation fee. Everything was clearly laid out on the worksheet. In the end, I purchased a Canyon AT4 that was better equipped than the other truck I had been considering, and my payment was about $104 less per month over the same length and interest rates as Serra of Jackson TN. Over the entire loan, that's a savings of approximately $7,488, while getting a truck with more features. Buying a vehicle is one of the biggest purchases most people make, and Rivard-Royall earned my business by being transparent, respectful, and competitive from start to finish. I never felt pressured, and I never had to wonder whether the numbers would change at the last minute. If you're looking for a GMC, I highly recommend asking for Jarvis Harden.
