Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. Contacted local repair guy 400$. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again

My experience at Legacy Chevrolet was great! I ordered my 2026 Yukon Denali Ultimate so it was more than just showing up and making a purchase. It was several trips adjusting my order. Checking the status of my order. Steve never once seemed like it bothered him to answer my questions or make the changes. I can't say enough. My purchase also involved the parts department, the service department along with sales, and F/I.

We are so thankful for Danny England Motors my daughter had been looking for a vehicle for close to a year and Danny England was able to make that happen for her from the time we got there it seemed like everything just fell into place and they treated us like they had known us forever it was not your typical dealership experience. This was the first time we have purchased a vehicle from Danny but I won’t be the last I highly recommend this dealership!

Terrible experience. Was willing to negotiate a deal on a car that has been on the lot a long while but Kevin Lefevers can't handle any push back from a buyer. I refused to pay doc fees, told him it would have to be deducted from price and he told me to shop elsewhere. Docs fees are pure dealer profit and many states are limiting them to $50. Wish Kentucky would do that to protect car buyers from predatory dealer practices. They seriously need to up their game and at least pretend to like their customers. If you're willing to throw away your cash at sticker price, pay a ridiculous doc fee and get hosed in finance this is the place for you.

I've never met a more unprofessional or unethical car dealership in my entire life. This place is a joke and targets uncredit worthy people not someone paying for a good used car. The car I purchased was a death trap and someone slapped a PA inspection sticker on it knowing it was goiung to a 16 year old girl. Stay away from this guy!!

Another dealership that doesn’t care about customers, but more about making an extra profit. Was looking to purchase a used Ram 2500 that was posted online for $45,000. When I called and inquired about the vehicle and told them I had my own financing, the price went up to over $50,000. When they asked why I didn’t want to finance through them, I told them I had a 4% interest rate and they said they couldn’t touch it. Sorry, stop false advertising.
