I can't say enough good things about Jason Crouse as our salesman. He asked questions to see what we wanted and within minutes had the vehicle we were looking for! He was very knowledgeable and answered every question and met our needs. He was able to get the buying price where we could afford it and was able to give a fair price for our trade in. I would definitely trust Jason for our next purchase! Olivia made the financial part go so smoothly and explained everything we were signing and encouraged us to get a warranty that will protect our purchase. She made us feel like she would look out for us just like she would her family. Overall we were really pleased with our visit at Reineke Honda and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

My service advisor, Joe Cerveny, was thorough in explaining what repair was needed to fix my Honda CRV and went out of his way to get me home and then back again the next day when the car was ready. Whoever worked on my car did a great job because the warning lights are off! I live across town but always use this dealer for service.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brown Honda, especially Zak. My car was tragically vandalized, and to be completely honest, I was not ready to buy a new car. It was something I never expected to have to deal with, and the whole situation was stressful enough without adding the pressure of buying a vehicle. From the very beginning, Zak made the entire process so much easier. He is not your average pushy car salesman who tells you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale and then leaves you wondering what the heck you just agreed to. He also didn’t make me feel like I was a dumb female who he was gonna “get one over on”. He actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I needed, and most importantly, what I was comfortable spending, and stayed within that budget. He never tried to push me over my budget or talk me into something I didn’t want. Instead, he genuinely cared about finding something that was right for me and my family. He also took the time to go through all the bells and whistles in the car with me. He explained what everything did, how to use it, and even showed me how to change different settings. He didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way. He made sure I actually understood my new vehicle and felt comfortable with it. And honestly, that made a huge difference. I did not leave the dealership regretting my purchase or wondering if I had made the wrong decision. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy with the vehicle I chose. After such an unexpected and stressful situation, that feeling meant a lot to me. Zak made the whole experience feel personable. We joked around, talked about our families, and somehow buying a car during a situation I absolutely did not want to be in actually became a really positive experience. I cannot recommend Zak enough. If you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to you, respect your budget, answer your questions, take the time to explain things, and treat you like a person, honestly family instead of a paycheck, go see Zak at Brown Honda. He has truly earned my business for life, and when I’m ready for another vehicle down the road, for my kids or anyone looking, he will absolutely be the first person I call and recommend. I had an appointment yesterday, 8/2/2021, to have door sill protectors put on my new HR-V. They had to order the parts and they arrived quickly. They then called to set up the appointment and at that time no installation price was discussed. I had previously shopped for the parts at the Honda eStore and the website gave an installed price. I made the assumption they would be in the neighborhood price wise. Upon arriving for my appointment I asked the service rep if he could tell me what it was going to cost for installation. He looked at his screen a shrugged that there was no quote given and he really wasn't sure. I then showed him the price that the eStore had given and he began to inform me that they don't honor prices from third party websites. I and the Honda employee standing next to him explained that the Honda eStore was indeed a genuine Honda entity and the price quote was legit. He then took my paper and huffed off to "talk to someone about it". He returned to say they would honor the price. After the car returned from getting serviced I looked at the sill protectors and found that they weren't adhering to the sills properly. They were coming up where they bend down over the outer edge of the sill and when push back in place they popped right back up. When I asked about it is when it got insulting. The first rep tried to tell me that when the car heated up, after I left with it, that the film would soften and mold itself to the sill. ( I didn't think to ask what would happen if it were January and not August.) I told him I disagreed and that I was not happy with them not adhering properly. He contended that it was normal for them to not stick right away the same as when you install window tint. Having lived in Phoenix for awhile and having a few cars tinted I questioned that. That's when the first rep went and got someone else to talk to me. This guy was a treat. More excuses and the whole "you don't understand" condescending attitude. Even went so far as to say they were “just stickers” and implied I my expectations might be a little high. (Shouldn't "stickers" actually stick?) After a few back and forth moments he did agree to remove them, quite hastily and with great disregard for my vehicle, and sent me on my way. Perhaps if I wouldn’t have questioned the installation cost and blindly let them overcharge me I could have avoided this treatment. They may, in my opinion, actually have taken the time to install them correctly instead of doing a quick and shoddy job of it just because they weren’t going to make enough money. I won’t return and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.
