My experience buying a car from them was great. They are very well set up and efficient. I was really pleased with my sales rep Chris Ferranti as he was really pleasant and helpful, and not the least bit pushy.

I purchased my first vehicle from Great Lakes this past - A. Coffman

I purchased my first vehicle from Great Lakes this past week and had an incredible experience all around. James from the sales team was very helpful throughout the entire process when choosing which vehicle was best fit for me. I highly recommend Great Lakes, and I’ve told family and friends it should be their next stop for car shopping.

Moving to a new area always brings challenges, and when my 2023 Honda's engine light suddenly appeared shortly after settling in Medina, I was concerned about finding reliable service. Fortunately, my worries were swiftly eased by the exceptional assistance of Dan W in the Service Department at Rick Roush. I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk - dbo965

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!
