Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Cochran Chevrolet's service department was a masterclass in how not to run a business. It started with my service rep, Jerry, who, after a few days, told me my car needed significant repairs, including a new thermostat and potentially a broken valve spring. Throughout the initial back-and-forth text updates, I repeatedly confirmed they would work with my Car Shield warranty. After about a week, the story took a sharp turn when I reached out for an update and was answered by the service manager, Angela Rupert. She informed me that Jerry was on vacation and that, actually, my car just had some carbon buildup. Then came the kicker: she claimed they didn't accept Car Shield, a fact that was conveniently ignored the entire time my car was there. Fed up with the conflicting stories, I told her to stop all work and that I would pay for the diagnostic labor and take my car. When I arrived, Angela Rupert proved to be one of the nastiest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My car was sitting outside, yet she refused to give me my keys because I was "visibly upset." She never once offered an apology for the contradictory information. Instead, she became incredibly defensive, claiming I was disparaging "her" business and condescendingly suggesting I must have misunderstood the situation. As someone who has built a 34-year career in business-to-business financial sales—where listening and understanding are critical—this was particularly insulting. In a bizarre attempt to silence me, she said she would charge me nothing so I couldn't complain to the BBB or the Attorney General. After a heated exchange where she falsely claimed my car wasn't ready (I was literally looking at it), I finally got my keys and left. The final insult? I drove up the street, turned my car off, and it wouldn't start again. My battery, which was only two weeks old, was completely dead. They had to jump it just to move it and never said a word. This dealership's service department is a circus of incompetence and deception. Jerry and Angela Rupert are a disservice to the Cochran name. I will be sharing this story far and wide and have already filed complaints. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Ive bought several vehicles from there, and my salesman Kenny did everything in his power to make me happy. Sadly Kenny left and i did buy my next new vehicle from him at another chevy dealer but still continued my service at Greenwood Hubbard Chevy. Last year i took my husband to Greenwood Hubbard Chevy Josh was our salesman, it was the worst experence EVER. He was rude, very short and didnt even go over the vehicle we bought, come to find out he has issues with samesex couples. Now to the service dept.....over the past three years the service dept has SEVERELY went down hill..I took my car in today for a 15k check up and to have my front and rear park assist installed, job that was only to take 2 hours took 6.5 hours no explanations, no nothing, this is not adding all the other multiple problems ive had in the sevice dept and would take to long to explain. So, my recommendation, GO ELSWHERE!!! BUYER BEWARE, AND PEOPLE WHO NEED SERVICE........GO ELSE WHERE!!!! MY NEXT VEHICLES WILL BE BOUGHT ELSWHERE AND IM LOOKING FOR A NEW SERVICE DEPT. I RARELY EVER POST THINGS THAT ARENT DEROGATORY BUT ANYMORE ITS GOTTEN TO BE TOO MUCH.

No pressure, No lies! Some dealerships have slithering snakes that come out of the front door to greet you and sell you whatever they can. Not these guys. These guys listen to what you want and will help you find it. They are very clear about what you will be paying and for how long. Their service department is also A-Grade. I do not let just anyone touch my cars as I treat them like one of the family. The Mrs. and I stopped in to look for a car for my son. Stepped 1 foot on the lot and seen this shiny black baby bug and I had to have it. She’s not much of a snow bunny but I suppose with the right tires it will track down the road with no problem. I’m pretty sure Germany has snow and I think these are designed there, xxxx I don’t know. Stop in and ask for Dave Ciarrochi and you will not be disappointed.
