Bri made selling our parents van easier then I expected. It’s not an easy task being left talking care of every thing after someone passes but Bri was so nice. The 2 gentleman who came to pick it up were also very sweet to chat with for a few minutes. The next time we are in the market to buy I would definitely drive them and check out what they have.

Scratched the whole side of my truck - Hoffman418

Brought my 2014 Silverado in today for an oil change and recall fix and when I got my truck back there was a long white scratch down the side of my truck. I'm guessing from the car wash. I let service know about the problem and they said they would fix it that it should polish right off. After waiting for them to fix it they said it polished right off. Which the white Mark did but there are still deep scratches in the clear coat and on the tail light. I'm not satisfied with there quick fix and kick me out the door. Going to have to find another delearship I quess and will have to have a body shop to fix the scratches in the clear coat.
