After visiting a dealership in Fishers Indiana I knew what I wanted and they were not willing to find it for me. I got online and found what I wanted at Ford Lincoln of Lafayette. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Brad Shirer. I told him I was interested in the 2024 red Lincoln Nautilus they had on their lot. I felt comfortable making the deal with Brad. Of course buying a car is never painless, but I feel like they worked with me on a deal.. It was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend visiting Ford Lincoln of Lafayette when you are considering purchasing a vehicle..

I bought a vehicle from this dealership on December 5 2022. I was issued a temporary tag good until 1/19/23. I paid cash for the vehicle on 1/12/23 I called Olivia my finance person she stated that Opus the titling company had messed up and not filed it, however it was going to be expedited through the system. 1/23/2023 I call Opus titling company they had just received my information electronically today. I called Jeff Etter his response was he did not know enough about the process said he did not like my tone and hung up on me. It was quite surreal! This seems to be my only option warn as many people as possible. This man does not deserve your business.

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru
I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.
