The service was prompt and friendly. I was able to work comfortably from the customer lounge, so I didn't lose any work time while my vehicle was being serviced. They even washed my car, which I really appreciated since it was quite dirty from living on a dirt road. The staff was friendly, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. Overall, a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Cadillac of Novi! Highly recommend our sales rep, Matt Burrell. He went above and beyond to make the buying process seamless and even follows up 7 months later! I have been able to text him anytime I have questions about my new vehicle and he’s always happy to help. Very responsive! He even scheduled my first oil change and car detailing for me. The dealership drove 30 minutes to my home to pick up my car and gave me a loaner while they serviced it. It was ready and delivered to me sparkling clean within 24 hours. So impressed by their service! If you’re looking for high quality, low pressure, and great customer service, Matt Burrell is who you should ask for!

Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service. Superior's service sucks. No more of my business.
