The sales rep Garrett was awesome! But he was told us the car was to be detailed, when I picked up the car was washed, but engine and truck where not even touched, kinda bummed, but it is what it is. In general we are pleased with our purchase.

I have been able to text him anytime I have questions about my new vehicle and he’s always happy to help. Very responsive! He even scheduled my first oil change and car detailing for me. The dealership drove 30 minutes to my home to pick up my car and gave me a loaner while they serviced it. It was ready and delivered to me sparkling clean within 24 hours. Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service. Superior's service sucks. No more of my business.
