From the time I pulled my vehicle in the garage door at Harvey, they made me feel special. They addressed my concerns and made me feel like my concerns mattered. They gave me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced that was similar to the interior of my vehicle so that there was no learning curve. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Harvey for service!

I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.
