Mark Blandin made buying out of state, sight unseen as smooth and easy as possible. Once the car arrived (in CA from MI), it was in perfect condition. Mark and the team followed up to ensure I was happy with everything and were very responsive to a few questions I had even after the sale. Excellent service experience at Bergstrom of Manitowoc for my Cadillac. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the first time (but not the second time because it was not as good as the first time cleaning) complimentary Cadillac interior deep cleaning, which was done exceptionally well and made the car feel brand new again. Highly satisfied with their customer service and overall experience. Definitely recommended!

The people I dealt with was strictly by phone. Two different people contacted me and both were very professional. I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.
