My wife and I have over the last 10 years have bought our new cars sight un seen due to the fact of one bad experience going to a dealership in Northern Michigan. Thanks to your sales staff and listening to our needs we will finally will stay local. Adam our sales person not only put up with my poor attitude when coming to buying a car, Adam was able to some how slip in the only one of two cars I wished to own. He not only swayed my wife, which is one of the hardest things to do when it comes to a Suv's ,Adam was able to get the Challenger in my wife's vocabulary. My wife and I not only got the car I've always wanted they were able to keep my payment, and as Adam well knows, payment first car second. I can drive the Flintstone mobile, thanks to Adam and Feeny I am driving one of the cars that was on my bucket list. Thanks to Adam Woosley and all the staff!!! See you guys in two years. Bought a used Toyota Corolla from them. Brandon was a good sales rep who was very transparent and nice to deal with One thing about this dealership is they do inspections on some of their used vehicles and if needed, make appropriate repairs prior to sale. In our case they did the brakes. And the car was super clean. Having looked at many cars at other Serra owned dealerships this is not always the case and mostly the exception. Would definitely buy a car there again. Fair pricing and pleasant staff.

Went to ask about a warning that had popped up on my Jeep Cherokee that I had bought here. There were 5 salesmen chatting in the showroom that didn't seem to want to help me. Finally directed me to service department and the guy said they couldn't help me for a week. I asked him my question and he said he didn't know about that stuff I had to talk to a technician but told me I couldn't talk to the technician. Will buy my next car in Gaylord these people treated me horribly.

I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

We had the distinct pleasure of working a deal with Jamie Curry via internet on a 2016 Ram 1500. As I found out in my search for a vehicle Jamie is the rare individual that actually returns email inquiries. He was honest, hard-working and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Even when there was a possibility the deal wasn't going to happen. In the end we made a, more than fair, deal and we willingly traveled from New Jersey to pick up the truck. Highly recommended. The business office is also incredibly professional and NON-pushy. They asked if we were interested in their extras, we said no, end of story. No pushy sales talk. Very much appreciated after a long drive. Debbie was great. Incredibly kind, prepared and answered all of our questions.

The salesman lied about options on truck. When I called him to discuss the issues, he lost my number. I wrote letter to the dealership and Dodge. In fairness to Joe I emailed copy before sending it. He called (found my number) and asked for 24 hours to see what he could do. I gave him the time because he did apologize for misleading comments in his words. Never heard from him again, he lost number and email after that. I made every effort to shop local and got the worst screwing I could have. He is why car dealers have bad names. After making O'connors fully aware of what he did they ignored it. Buyer beware shopping in Pickford Mi.

i have this car that im having problems with.. they had my car for two weeks the first time got it back same problem.. Two months the second time paid the money got my keys my car wouldnt start battery was full... so didnt get my money back was about 700... 5 times my car was in there and still about 2000 dollars later took my car to dean arbor in tawas figured my problem out in one day.. And was completely honest with me... Zubeck has no idea what they are doing.. do not go there....
