We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

I had a terrific experience working with Dahl. I ordered a truck 6 months ago, when it arrived we had some issues with colors and with financing. Dahl was quick to offer a solution and pay for the cost to change the colors. They were really understanding and easy to work with on getting approved for a business loan on a new business with limited history. Couldn't recommend them more!

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

AVOID this dealership at all costs, if you do decide to gamble and buy from Jeff's Northshore google the VIN number so you can see what auction they bought it from and for how much. I bought a 2018 chevy silverado and had numerous issued in the first month of owning. the won't fix unless I pay 100% of the cost. after I googled the VIN number I see they bought it from hansen auction group for $15k less than what I paid. the truck has serious issues...which is why they got it from an auction for so cheap....buyer beware!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I called ahead and confirmed the availability. Spoke with Joe and he was both professional and courteous. We drove up from the Chicagoland area and it was well worth the trip. The dealership was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was amazing. They explained the features and benefits of the Lexus IS 350 S. I will eagerly drive another 150+ miles to do business with them again! We had the pleasure of working with Joe Braun and meeting Rick Bergstrom. I t was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be back (and referring family there) for all future vehicle purchases. These crooked SOB's! They sell LEMONS from auctions. Spent $30k on a vehicle 5 years ago. Just paid it off. Go to trade it in and just like that I learn, not one but TWO air bag deployments when Dan Goben purchased it at auction in Michigan! Never disclosed and i got all the documentation. Now worth 1/3 what it should. I'll be visiting, in person, with a process server and suing the xxxx out of you!

Johnny Rossetti is the most honorable and honest person I've ever bought a vehicle from. He told me about a problem with the truck and fixed it before he would let me buy. When the truck was delivered it actually looked new which I was very pleased with because Johnny told me he would have it cleaned but it was extremely cleaned. Buy from these guys if you want an honest and fair transaction.
