Red Wing Chevrolet did a great job servicing my 2020 Chevy Bolt. I was very pleased at how quickly they resolved the issue. I had the Bolt towed there on a Thursday evening and the problem was resolved the following Friday morning. Their communication was excellent.

After weeks of car searching, Mazda was one of the few dealerships that didn't run other car dealers down. So we decided on a Mazda which we had never had. After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!

After long stretch of depending on writing a review or not, this is my short and honest review. I have also had an experience with a salesman named Patrick who seemed to be friendly and outgoing at the beginning. We saw the “numbers” (which did not match any of the discounts online if you did your own math calculating interest, tax, title, and license) prior to getting credit pulled and said we aren’t going to be able to do it. He tried hard and long to get us to lease the truck and we were about to walk out. He got us in a “cheaper” truck that would make numbers better, well a little better. The owner was saying he should be able to get us possibly around $499 a month for a lease. Welp we were still a minimum of $100 a month off. In the middle of all of the going back and forth they seemed to focus on talking to me more than my wife even though we would both be on the title or lease together. When we didn’t want to do the deal Patrick also started to become full of himself.l and pushy with trying to guilt trip us into buying the vehicle. We agreed on a truck but it wasn’t going to be there for a few days. My wife and I slept on it and backed out before we officially pulled credit to get the final numbers. We received multiple phone calls after we called and said that we are no longer going to do the lease. He were hoping/praying a young couple would make the mistake of leasing a $60,000 truck. I was hoping for a better experience but even after telling him no multiple times we had to block his phone number. Glad we slept on the deal and didn’t do business with Patrick and or his dealership.
