The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

Was working on a deal with Christian on a Mazda. Came to an agreement on a price and put down when I was told by Tom was a fully refundable deposit if anything happened. Paid them, then not a third party PPI done, the mechanic was not allowed to drive the car, and discovered that along with the rotors being rusted there were multiple break codes on the car cleared. Decided not to go through with the purchase because of this, seemed like a health risk, tried to contact them about getting said deposit back and have heard nothing. They also lied on my credit application and doubled my income monthly, that one I'll have to talk to Huntington National Bank directly about. Be aware they say one thing and to another, will take your money for no services.

Unless you don't care about not having your car. As a parting gift an AC system that has never not worked. Perfectly. All of a sudden does not work at all. Hmm. He says I know what is wrong. It's a coincidence. It went out sometime when it was sitting here for 2 months. Or maybe the instant she stopped driving it. Or. Now check this out. While she was driving home she tried to turn on the air but mistakingly opened the rear door which caused her to panic so she opened the hood, the hood flew open, a resident of the ISS 5 hours ago dropped a thimble of air, which crashed into her AC system destroying everything. WARNING!!! Had a fuel injector return line go bad on my 2019 F-350 when returning to Lubbock. I googled Ford Dealerships near me and found Mainer Ford of Bristow. I called them to see if they could fix the problem and they said yes, they have Ford Authorized Mechanics. They replaced the high pressure line and when I asked them to check if this was covered under warranty, they said "no, Ford does not cover hoses." I then paid them almost $1100 and drove home. Less than 3 months later, the line blows near San Angelo Texas. Jim Bass Ford replaced the line for no charge under my powertrain warranty. I called Mainer and was advised that quote "we are not an authorized Ford dealership. We can't perform Ford warranty work." They misrepresented themselves, as they are still doing on this page, as Mainer Ford of Bristow. So they took my $1100 and couldn't even fix it to last 3 months. Thanks for the lies and sub-standard work. I am glad I had the rework done by an honest AUTHORIZED Ford shop in Texas this time.
