I bought my first Subaru a few months ago and selected Sewell based on their inventory and interest rate special. I had a great experience and Jack Baldwin was great to work with. I also actually liked the finance guy Jordan, too, and that’s saying something. Honestly they made it a fun experience. (Also James, who was interning with Jack).

They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. So much easier than the standard branded dealerships. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to buy again.
