Dealing with Jonathan Diaz Assistant Service Manager was a breeze. I didn't like the fact that I called and left messages with other advisors to have Jonathan call me and messages were not being forwarded to him. After making contact with Jonathan the issue with my 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 was quickly diagnosed, parts department was contacted and looked up the part to find out the part I needed was no longer available from Mopar so we had to go with aftermarket. Located the correct part number and I ordered the part, which came in next day. Part was installed and truck is running like a champ. I recommend Jonathan for all you advisory needs when it comes to Dodge Chrysler Jeep and now Ram diagnoses. I was Greeted promptly by Jonathan and welcomed. I was called promptly and issues explained in detail, I was treated with the upmost respect and felt valued as a customer. Blake Fulenwider has done a fantastic job with his philosophy as to how customers are to be treated. I would recommend this dealership to have service work performed on a vehicle as my truck is 20 years old and still running strong. I believe a lot of times the Service Department in a dealership goes overlooked as to the work and performance that is put out by the employees within the Service Department. I would give this Service Department and Jonathan Diaz a rating of 10 out of 10!
