I went to get an oil change and they were very quick and efficient. I usually go to Refugio at Mike Terry Chevy and they take up to an hour and a half just to change my oil. Here I was out in 25 minutes. From now on I will be going to Auto Plex.

We were able to pick up our car within two days of dropping off our car. The entire service team were courteous and professional.

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

I had an appointment with the internet manager. When I arrived to the dealership I was assisted by Mr David Fernandez. He demonstrated the vehicles I was interested on and explain all pros and cons with buying a new or used vehicle. After we picked our vehicle and got a great deal. We closed our deal with Mr Daniel Alcantar in the Finance Department. It was a pleasure meeting this gentleman. He explain everything and even gave us a special gift. My total experience was Excelent!!
