Unfortunately, both the new car sales manager and the general manager chose not to respond either. While we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere, prospective buyers should be aware that if you’re seeking accurate communication and responsive customer service from management, it may be worth considering other dealerships.

not doing repairs under warranty, failing to make unsat repairs right, had to fight for a year just to get a seatbelt repd. that was bad at the time of purch. they replaced trans, refuse to fix problems that started after !!! avoid this seller and go to an honest dealer who wont rip you off, purchased 6 cars from them, they are crooks !!!
