Jorge was kind, thorough, honest and forthcoming about the work he predicted might needed on the car. I was given a choice in how the issue of my car could be fixed, which was appreciated. In the end, the A/C issue I had has mostly been resolved, but it still isn't quite what it was. Sadly, another visit at a future date may be needed. This was a possibility I was warned of.

Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming, and the environment felt super homey. They made sure the car was spotless and looking its absolute best when I arrived. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the extra touches, they even sent me off with a bunch of snacks for the road! Small things like that make a big difference and really show how much they care about their customers. The purchasing process was done swiftly and without any sort of pressure. My experience was so good that when my daughter was looking for a Defender, I recommended she contact Gustavo and within 24 hours she had the one she wanted and they delivered it to her a couple days later 3 hours away.
