Awesome customer service - Dan and Carol

I came in last week. Jack the service guy that helped me was so thoughtful. I wanted to get my brakes replaced because they were a little noisy. He said Dan let me get them checked first at no charge. Sure enough my brakes were over 50% and I could live with a little noise in the Morning. What come to find out is normal for the age of my car. He could of sold me brakes but gave me good advise.

I would not recommend Northbay Hyundai/Nissan for ANY - Lanakila

I would not recommend Northbay Hyundai/Nissan for ANY vehicle purchase. I bought a used car from them in November, and less than 8,000 miles and five months later, it needs a complete transmission replacement at a cost of nearly $8,000. Either the vehicle was not properly inspected before being sold, or the dealership was aware of the issue and sold it anyway. Neither scenario reflects the trustworthy, customer-focused image they advertise. What was even more disappointing was the response I received when I contacted management. Instead of showing any concern or willingness to help, I was told, "This is the risk you take when buying used cars." I understand that used vehicles can have unexpected issues, but a major transmission failure after only a few months and 8,000 miles is not what most people would consider reasonable. The lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from Northbay Hyundai again.

2019 Leaf Lease - Low Leaf

Staff was great, providing numbers and correspondence via email so that my time in the dealership finalizing the deal was kept to a minimum. They worked with me to close out my previous lease and modify the terms of the new lease to accommodate my needs. Was a relief to be able to work with a local dealer and get the deal I wanted

Why the price increase - Firelight33

I am writing to let potential buyers know that on April 1, 2019 a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited was on sale for $16,994 and when I called to have them do the recall that was open on this vehicle they increased the price to $17,700 within a day of me calling. The car was not on a sale or sale promotion on April 1, 2019. I was looking at a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and was planning to drive it on April 1, 2019; however, the suv had an open Recall regarding the Engine Control Module (ECM) or PCM software. I did not feel safe driving this suv because this recall has to do with one of the problems that Jeep Cherokee's have with their fuel/transmission/software problem. So, I felt that raising the price was triggered by me requesting the recall be done. Recalls are done at no charge so I feel this is a very shady way of doing business.
