If I could rate it zero star, I would. I had an appointment with Max. Not only was he not at work that day, he didn't show for the appointment, and he had the car I wanted to see. I should have known when he did not respond to my first two emails asking for an appointment that this was not the place to go. Note to this particular location, stop sending auto reminders and use a live person, because telling me "the reminders are sent automatically" does NOT excuse the inconvenience I experienced.
While it certainly wasn't his fault, the replacement sales person had no idea what he was showing me, nor did he ask me what I was looking for. But he did manage to tell me it was his 6th day on the job and gave me his work history. Not exactly what I traveled 30mins in the rain for.
Terrible experience. I bought a car the next day elsewhere, and that experience was fantastic. Nissan of SF, please take note and learn what customer service is about.
