A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on - kitedude

A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.

I recently acquired a 2022 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD from - Tracey Weatherford

I recently acquired a 2022 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD from Morgan Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I have to say that the entire process was fantastic. The dealership staff was knowledgable, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure that I selected the right automobile for me. They have friendly, friendly, and professional staff. Thank you!

A long history of great service - Herb

I have purchased several cars fom Pearson Buick. I always bring my Buicks to Pearsn for repairs because I know the job is done right. John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles. I just bought a new Verano and John Gautreau and Jim Sanchez in sales were the best at getting me through the training on all the new features, I'm going to love this car just as I did the last ones. Great job guys, fabulous crew..

Absolutely horrendous service. - BS

Absolutely horrendous service. Looked at a used vehicle one day and the backseat belts were completely disconnected from the car. We test drove it and liked it and they told us a few items that were missing from the car were ordered and would be part of the deal, we decided we would come back with our kids once the seatbelts are reconnected. We did that the next weekend. Several items we were told we’re on order and we signed a contract that day and made a deposit with those items in the contract. three days later we were told all the parts had arrived and we could come pick up the car. We arrived with the checkbook in hand and then were told that those parts were not ordered and would not be ordered for us and then were intimidated and accosted and verbally yelled at multiple times by another car dealer that we did not even deal with at all for the original deal. if they think we were giving them 40 grand after that, they’re poorly mistaken. We walked out.

A few weeks ago, I was searching for a mini van for my - Luis-Rocka

A few weeks ago, I was searching for a mini van for my family. Like many people, I started online, checking out different options in my area. That’s when I found some vans at Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership and decided to give myself the opportunity to visit them in person — and I am so incredibly thankful that I did! From the moment I arrived, I’ll admit I was prepared for a battle. After so many unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, I had built up a defensive mindset, expecting to fight through negotiations. But everything changed the moment I met Manny Olivares. Manny is truly one of a kind. He is not only a highly skilled professional, but more importantly, a genuine, kind-hearted human being who clearly loves what he does. From our first conversation, it felt like I was talking to an old friend — someone who truly cared about what was best for my family and me. In a world where sales pressure is common, Manny reminded me of something I had almost forgotten: the value of being listened to. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Manny Olivares and the incredible finance team who worked tirelessly to make everything possible. I was expecting tough negotiations, but thanks to Manny’s respect, transparency, and patience, the entire process was incredibly smooth. There was mutual respect at every step — even though I came straight from outdoor work, dusty and tired, they treated me with the same dignity and warmth as if I were walking in wearing a suit. It wasn’t just Manny — every single person we encountered at Normandin made a difference. From the amazing finance department who made sure everything worked out perfectly, to the wonderful maintenance and service team who had the vehicle ready and spotless for me, everyone played a part in turning a dream into reality. Even the team responsible for cleaning and detailing the cars deserves huge recognition — every effort was seen and appreciated. Today, thanks to Manny and all the great people at Normandin, I proudly drove home in the van of my dreams, one that will now be a part of many beautiful family memories. I feel accomplished, incredibly thankful, and so happy for this new chapter my family and I are starting. If you are looking for a vehicle, do not hesitate to reach out to Manny Olivares. Trust me when I say — giving yourself this opportunity can change everything. My experience was 100% satisfying, and I recommend Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram with all my heart. They are more than just a dealership — they are a group of people who still believe in respect, community, and true service. Thank you once again to Manny Olivares, the finance team, the maintenance and service departments, and everyone at Normandin who made this unforgettable experience possible. You have my deepest gratitude!
