They take no ownership for damages, and will go at any lenght to lie and deceive and verbally abuse clients who have valid concerns... Just awful place... Mike Silva should be fired, along with this right hand-Viet le....

After dropping off my vehicle the service advisor (Gabriel Ortiz) called me with the diagnosis and said the TOTAL cost of the repair would be $480, including parts. When I picked up the car the total cost was $665. He explained to me that there was an additional charge for diagnosis. I expressed my dissatisfaction with him and explained to him when he says TOTAL to someone on the phone then that should be the total. He left to call his manager and returned to tell me that the manager cant do anything about it. I highly doubt that he told the manager the real story. Even though I was lied to when he called me with the diagnosis and price. I had no choice but to pay the fee to get my car back. I feel this is a very deceptive way of doing business.
