"Horrible experience! I made an appointment to look at a specific used bike and drove 75 miles from central Mass to see it. Even confirmed the appointment that afternoon. When I got there, I was forced to look at new bikes and asked lots of questions. They kept saying someone was checking to see if they still had the bike. After 20 minutes, when I asked if I could please just see the bike I came to see I was told they weren't sure if they had it. The Sales Manager said I needed to give him the stock number and "more information". When I replied, rather incredulously, "how many merlot colored 2014 Streetglide Specials do you have?", the "Sales Manager" said "maybe this isn't the right dealership for you?". xxxx right it's not! I've purchased Harleys from three dealers in MA over the years and have never been treated disrespectfully. There are too simply many Harley Dealers to do business with these people!"
"Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a Harley dealership. Was given a trade in price on my bike (after they looked at photos, Vin number, odometer)and a price on a bike I wanted to buy, "guaranteed". Rode 1.5 hrs in the rain to make the deal. Once I got there the sales rep and the management team acted as if the conversation never happened. They wanted more than double what we agreed to on the phone. Went through three sales managers to try to work it out. All three were rude and not willing to listen or help. The sales rep who made the deal over the phone with me blamed his management team every time they walked away for "the confusion on the math". Complete and utter waste of time. Worst customer experience I've EVER had. Tell everyone you know this place is totally dishonest."
