"Don’t waste your time getting out the door quotes from this dealership. They added $1000 on a $5200 bike after I drove an hour and a half, and this is in addition to $515 freight fees and $400 service fees. What a waste."
"Several years ago I purchased a Harley Davidson Motorcycle from another dealership and found that experience to just be a typical transaction. While shopping for a new motorcycle at Bull Run HD, I found the sales professionals warm and welcoming. The sales department was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel valued as a customer without pressuring me for a sale. I dealt mostly with Owen Fargo, who is an outstanding. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer questions. He greeted me several weeks prior to making my purchase and we established a rapport. I watched him helping several other employees and customers during my recent visits to the store, and he showed the same great attitude with everyone. It is people like this that quickly make it easy to build trust. If there are any future motorcycle purchases to be made, Bull Run Harley Davidson and Owen Fargo will be my first call. The process of financing vehicle has always been stressful to me, I have great credit and take pride in this. I have had interactions with financing departments during previous vehicle purchases that showed they were not ethical. I was blown away by how well the financing department treated me at Bull Run HD. I had a trade in, and they provided me a fair offer with no hassles at all. The application process was the quickest I have ever had. Craig Murray the Sales Manager did a great job looking out for my financial wellbeing and secured me the best possible interest rate through the dealership, beating the rates of my own bank. Craig and Owen put forth the extra effort to make sure the I was comfortable while purchasing the motorcycle. I had the opportunity to meet Christopher Dobbs the Parts Manager. He spent a great deal of time answering questions about accessories and performance options available for the motorcycle I purchased. I was blown away by the knowledge he possessed when it came to this, and he obviously understood what items I found appealing and might look to purchase in the future. While making the purchase I had the opportunity to walk through the dealership. I found everyone I encountered to be very polite and genuine. At no time was I pressured or left felting uncomfortable. I found the employees in parts to very helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership was very clean and organized. I found all the motorcycles both new and used to be spotless. Everything from the restrooms, shop and Harley Davidson apparel was clean and organized. I was able to easily able to find items as I shopped. When I could not locate something or had a question an employee was always nearby willing to help. I will be returning to Bull Run for all my services, repairs, accessories, apparel needs and parts. Thank you for the great purchase experience, of a great product, from fantastic staff at a top-notch dealership."
