As always, Ford of Londonderry is the best. Mike Nerdahl is without question the most competent technician in the business. He has been servicing my vehicles since the 1980's I have followed him to each dealership since then. I am a Ford person through and through. My partner (a Chevy Girl has a Z-06 age 75) Based on a Ford Ranger we recently rented in Arizona, Nevada, she just ordered a new Ranger Lariat from Jeff at Ford of Londonderry. I was quite surprised as she has always driven a Chevy. Mike will continue to be our tech of choice. When he retires, Frankie will take his place. The best people and the best Dealership. I have had at least 10 new Fords over my lifetime of 75 years. Including a 35 year career in the custom building industry. If I could afford it, I would have a new one right now. Truck went in for an oil change and noise from rear end. They never reset the oil life and “couldn’t reproduce the noise” because it was wet. Then told me the oil life just want reset “all the way” which is They never reset the oil life and “couldn’t reproduce the noise” because it was wet. Then told me the oil life just want reset “all the way” which isn’t even possible. Also had to wait for a diesel side appointment just to have it serviced by the car side. Very disappointed More

Bob and the staff at ford of Londonderry were awesome to deal with bob was upfront and honest about the specs on the vehicle I was interested and made it very easy to purchase the vehicle. I have been there twice. Both times mecanic was quick. The problem is my truck was sitting in parking lot for 15 minutes, 2nd time 20 minutes, after job was completed. Both times I had to go up front and ask about my truck. Totally unexceptable to me. Not sure what issue is, but would say understaffed. More

I am very happy with the service from sales, credit, service and management team on my recent 2021 F150 purchase. They had the vehicle I wanted, fairly priced and completed the transaction in less than service and management team on my recent 2021 F150 purchase. They had the vehicle I wanted, fairly priced and completed the transaction in less than an hour. They prepared my vehicle and picked I it up the next day. Daryn did a great job going over the bells and whistles. They were also very respectful of our space considering the times. Thank you all. Steve More
