- chasedgmDO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!! They sold me a Acura TSX that they claimed had never been in any wrecks.(Yes, they showed me a clean carfax but then kept that document out of my paperwork.) A few months after owning it the car started having crazy vibration issues along with the paint flaking off. After multiple visits and countless arguments with anyone I could possibly talk to (since all they tried to do was pass me off to people who just magically happened to never be available ) they ended up saying they would take it back as a trade BUT at a thousands of dollars loss to me. ( the service manger even finally said “yes, this car has been wrecked and has major issues” but wouldn’t put his neck out there) At this point I felt like I was stuck. I ended up just trying to cut my losses and going the only route they would offer. Long story short I’m now stuck with a used Nissan Altima. They also claimed this car had never been in any wrecks, clean carfax, had been through an in-depth inspection, etc... This car was not at all what I wanted or would ever purchase but I didn’t really have any other options. Keep in mind they also wouldn’t do anything about the “dealer fee” $899 X 2 now!! NOW THE KICKER. After a few months of owning the Nissan the paint started seriously flaking off and the panels no longer line up. I have gone in multiple times to try and get this sorted out. I was first literally laughed at and told I’m “unlucky ending up with previously wrecked cars”. “This is a Nissan USA issue due to the tsunami and to contact them. If they don’t do anything I should bash them online.” Then they refused to try and contact Nissan or their own Nissan dealership across town. I decided to contact Nissan while I was there on my own to confirm this ridiculous idea of their’s. I took out my phone and called their Nissan dealership in front of them. Nissan confirmed the obvious, that there was no recalls or anything and the tsunami idea was bogus. They then said, “oh take it to a good body shop it will only cost a couple hundred bucks to repair/ repaint.” Following the lovely advice, I did so. They said “this car has defiantly recently had a coverup paint/ fix job and it would cost approx. $1800.00 plus tax” Well Scott Clark, I’m taking the advise that your employee’s suggested just directing it to the correct party. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMER’S AND COVERING UP THAT YOU ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING WRECKED USED CARS!! STOP SCREWING OVER CUSTOMER’S!! DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THIS!!
