I am told when I drop my car off to expect a routine maintenance to take between 60 and 90 minutes. I think this is way too long. Also the three times I’ve been there it has taken even longer because ot maintenance to take between 60 and 90 minutes. I think this is way too long. Also the three times I’ve been there it has taken even longer because other minor things are found such as needing to replace an air filter. The most recent time I dropped my car off and then tried to call to check on its progress and was unable to get through to my technician. The phone receptionist was also unable to find any manager or supervisor, or anyone else who could handle my question. I had to call back twice and it took me 30 minutes total before I finally got through, the purpose of which was to get a clarification of their suggestion that extra work was being recommended. I learned that when you call the dealership, you were actually calling a corporate headquarters and the phone receptionists are at the mercy of the phone system. They couldn’t simply walk across the floor to find the person that I needed to talk to. The time on hold, plus the frustration of having to wait to answer their question was regrettable. This added to the time that I would have to wait before my car was available. When I arrived just after 5 o’clock I did not receive prompt attention. I understand that people were getting ready to go home, but it took a while to find the person I was looking for. Throughout my experience today, I never got the sense that they considered my time valuable. People are pleasant enough, and no one was rude to me, but I think they fall short of other car dealerships including twoother Toyota dealerships I have dealt with. More

Re my purchase Feb 8, 2018 of a new 2018 Rav4 Adventure Dean Folden had 4 Rav4 Adventures available for me to choose from. As this is the 2nd new Vehicle I have purchased from Fred Anderson he sold Rava Dean Folden had 4 Rav4 Adventures available for me to choose from. As this is the 2nd new Vehicle I have purchased from Fred Anderson he sold Rava 4 to me for $100.00 above dealers cost. Cost is a major factor as I’m retired on a fixed income. My husband passed away after a lengthy battle against several types of cancer in July 2016. Dean and salesman Mark Langdon introduced me to all staff involved in getting my Rav4 Adventure ready for me to take home. I had tow hitch added so i can pull my small pop up camper. I waited until I came back for 5,000 mile service to do my purchase evaluation. I apologize for not completing before it timed out. I refer all my friends and family to Fred Anderson to purchase vehicles and for automotive service. I truly feel like I am part of th Fred Anderson Family. I give all 10’s for evaluation.
