The only other item was that the car was not extensively detailed upon departure, but is acceptably clean. Overall, we are happy with our dealer experience, and look forward to many happy miles with our vehicle. Our requests were met in an honest and forthright manner, and the wait for finance was longer than expected due to a perfect storm scenario of end of the month, tax refund season, and the threat of new Tariffs that motivated everyone to buy. More

Buying my VW Tiguan from Suntrup was the absolute best car-buying experience I've ever had! I had been shopping the VW brand for over a year, so I was happy to finally find one that I thought I might love. I was able to start the process at home by shopping and getting my approval online. Once I got to the dealership for my test drive appointment, Kai already had the SUV ready and waiting. While waiting for the paperwork to be prepared, which didn't take long at all, I had the chance to meet other people of the Suntrup team and they were very nice and friendly. Overall, it was just a great experience! I love my Tiguan and I'm glad that I chose Suntrup over other VW dealers! More
