Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

My experience with Germain Toyota has always been (in years gone by) & now a pleasure to (have been) & will always be a Germain Toyota customer. I've always been treated with respect, kindness, and the utmost of satisfaction when dealing with the Service Dept. .As far as the New Sales Dept.,I have never, or ever been treated as good as the salesman who helped me pick out my vehicle. A. J. was the most patient man that I have ever worked with. He was so helpful, listened to my questions, (& I had a lot of them) answered them & explained why or what they meant. It was a whole new "ball game" for me with all the new features, gadgets, & the luxuries that the new Corolla has come up with.
