Top Notch Service with Soul! I was pleased to purchase not just one but two vechiles at Braeger Ford from AJ Chandler. AJ assisted my family with helping us pick two cars that met all of our needs. He was patient and thoughtful with all the questions we had. AJ has a calming personality and spoke about his experiences with how to best select a car which made me feel a very personal connection to the car buying process. I have sat in a dealership waiting to purchase for hours and AJ gave me as much advice as he could to expedite the process. The staff at Braeger was exceptional. The Finance person I worked with was named Ryan Heine and he explained my paperwork and loan information in a way that was not too overwhelming. There were associates who stuck around to talk with my family and congratulate us on our purchases. Eric Walton and Derick Evans checked in with us while they assisted other customers. They were sure to ask questions like if we were thirsty or if we needed anything while we were waiting for our detail. I TRULY appreciate the consideration and time given to me and my family. We were not a number, we were not a sale, we felt like family. I will be sure to send anyone I know to this location for fast and throuough service. Thanks staff of Braeger! More

I didn't know who was going to sell it to me and that's where AJ came in. From talking and planning with my wife Debbie surpriseing me with a new car, to picking me up from home to bring me to the dealership safely. AJ accommodated me and my wife along with what we threw at him to make sure every interaction was always smooth. Anything that came up he would immediately put himself on top of it, if he wasn't already! I've since sent my insurance agent & co-worker to AJ for him to sell them their next vehicle. Braeger will always be my lifetime service provider and now AJ is my lifetime salesperson. More
